lunch: sandwich [two eggs and two egg whites, scrambled, on toasted walnut bread]; apple; strawberries

snack: organic sprouted rye & raisin bread spread with cream cheese

dinner: oatmeal w/ peanut butter, almond butter, and skim milk; applesauce; raw sliced bell pepper; organic raw dark chocolate

breakfast: multigrain cheerios w/ skim milk

snack: fiber one cereal mixed into strawberry yogurt

lunch: provolone & spinach on wheat bread; apple

snack: fiber one cereal w/ skim milk

dinner: mushroom soup (not cream of mushroom.. in fact it was quite watery); boiled potatoes; rice w/ peppers; cabbage salads; glass of 1% milk

snack: Easter candy (two small chocolate eggs and some fruity jelly beans)

snack: will be more cereal + milk.. not much variety today but we're running low on food

breakfast: oatmeal w/ flax & banana; scrambed egg whites

snack: whole egg + egg whites sandwich on sprouted grain bread; apple

snacks: another apple; banana; granola bar

dinner: tuna sandwich on multigrain bread (just tuna, no mayo or pickles or anything); strawberries (a pint-ish?)

snack: oatmeal with skim milk and truvia; plum; more strawberries

dinner: eggs w/ ketchup; salad [mixed lettuce, peppers, apple]; lentils w/ marinara sauce; 2 slices sprouted grain toast w/ butter

breakfast: microwaved egg/egg whites; cottage cheese w/ black pepper; chocolate coconut cookie ball thing

lunch: salad [lettuce, red pepper, falafel, hummus]; another coconut ball

snack: protein bar; half a poptart; small handful of almonds

snack: two poptarts

dinner: oats (small portion) with vanilla almond granola and whole almonds; microwaved egg/egg whites; salad; pear

i got 5+ hours of hardcore exercise today, so that's why so much food. i'm planning on a peanut butter sandwich later as well. [for those of you who don't remember me, i'm 17, and i exercise a lot because of my job.]

1.What is your religion? Christian.

2.What are your personal beliefs? I believe God the father created this earth and sent Jesus his son to earth to pay for our sins with his own death. Now we can go to heaven if we choose to accept Him as our Savoir.

3.Do you believe in a god? which? The only almighty God.

4.Does your religion restricts you from doing something? what?(cursing, not eating something, etc) The Bible advises against such sins as adultery, murder, stealing, worshipping idols, etc.

5.Does your religion include asisting to anywhere? where/when? (church, etc) Church is a blessing to anyone who wants to attend, but it's not necessary for salvation.

6.Do you believe in afterlife? Yes i do: heaven or hell. It's up to God to decide.

7.If you believe in afterlife, what do you think there is after life? if you dont, what do you think happens when you die? Heaven is not even comparable to this life, and I don't know how to describe it because I've not been there (yet :)). Hell is bad.

8.Do you believe in a heaven or a hell? if so how? Yes.

9.Any other thing you would like to add? I don't wonder whether there's a God. I've seen Him work miracles.

lunch: enchilada [beans, cheese, & veggies as the filling]; apple

snack: peanut butter sandwich; grapes

dinner: homemade english muffin (made with white flour), topped with a bit of butter and a slice of cheese; two small tomatoes, eaten raw; apple

snack: Fiber One honey clusters cereal with soymilk

Can I just add one thing? Remember not to restrict too much in the days after a binge. Don't eat if you're really not hungry, but be careful because undereating can lead to another binge.

"Dried beans and dark green leafy vegetables are especially good sources of iron, even better on a per calorie basis than meat. Iron absorption is increased markedly by eating foods containing vitamin C along with foods containing iron."

my mom loves making peanut butter chocolate no-bake cookies. Seriously, like, every day she'll make a batch, and it's so incredibly hard for me not to eat them. But today here I sit staring at them and they're not even tempting me :)

Comfort Food: oatmeal

Snack: apple

Breakfast: oatmeal :) with peanut butter & raisins

Lunch: peanut butter & banana sandwich

Dinner: um.. not a dinner person. beans and rice, I suppose

Treat: graham crackers

Chocolate: chocolate-peanut butter no-bake cookies :)

Ice Cream/Fro-Yo/Sorbet: bleh

Fruit: apples! :]

Vegetable: root veggies are my fave. roasted especially!

Hot Drink: coffee w/ soymilk

Cold Drink: slushy (slurpee? idk what they're called)

Alcoholic Drink: none

Flavouring/Condiment: ketchup!!! and I love cinnamon, put it in/on everything!

Dinner: spinach ravioli; more steamed spinach cuz spinach is awesome! :D

fayxo- First I pressed the sliced tofu between paper towels, but not for very long cuz I was impatient, then sauteed it in a tiiiiny bit of olive oil until very lightly browned on both sides. Paired with a tbsp of almond butter on light wheat bread! Actually it would've tasted much better with 2 or 3 tbsp of almond butta- that stuff's fabulous! :D

I didn't eat real meals today, I just snacked!

  • almond butter/tofu sandwich on whole wheat; apple
  • another apple
  • veggie burger in a whole wheat wrap; 2 plums
  • blueberries + soy milk, microwaved
  • 1/2 a cheese sandwich
  • 2 bananas; handful of sesame seed chips
  • Kashi vanilla hot cereal w/ spoonful of almond butter mixed in; some Ritz crackers; POM juice

Santana- I think you're missing whole grains. I could be mistaken cause I don't know what yellow grits are or if they are whole grains.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/ ketchup and some cinnamon; 2 strawberry Kashi flax waffles (I just ate them dry on my way out the door cuz I was low on cals)

Lunch: Boca burgers, spinach, & avocado on a whole wheat wrap; apple
