I really wasn't counting calories but i know i was getting far too little.. like a normal day was clementine for breakfast, apple and oatmeal for lunch and a salad for dinner... i was burning like 400-500 calories per day at the gym. MY starting weight was 119 i think although a few years ago, my highest weight was 136? I am not getting my periods back yet. Im trying because my husband and i would like to have a baby now. |

Im an x-ray tech so im on my feet quite a bit throughout the day. I previously was doing about 30 minutes or so on the elliptical, then alternating running/walking for another 30 minutes or so, burning about 400-500 calories. Im trying to do alittle less b/c i know for a long time i wasn't even eating the amount stated. |
