ohhh how i hate bingeing. I havnt binged in a while but it is the MAIN reason that I am still on the process of losing weight. I pretty much lose weight, maintain for a couple of months due to bingeing then lose again. Seriously try sticking your calorie range and excersing for THREE weeks. Let me know the results then |

loveeeee it. after 30 days not only was I on level 3. My body was significantly more toned and I felt strong and energetic. You will definately see results if you do it everyday a long with a healthy diet! good luck |

I love artificial sweeteners. I totally agree that they must not be healthy for you, but they have been a key component in my weight loss. And I havnt noticed any side effects. Thank you sweet n low pink packets :) |

I love love love it! I dont know how effective it is yet, but i love how it changes the calories when you exercise more. Because I know i undereat using calorie counting. Its great for me, because I am doing a study abroad in France and there is no way I could keep track without it!

Oh man I am the total opposite. I find that if Im not counting calories AND trying to lose weight. I undereat which almost always leads to bingeing. Dont know what id do without calorie counting!! :) |

yess guilty as charged on this one. As a university student, and trying to lose weight. I almost always cut calories for mast amount of alcohol. But it always kicks me in the ass in the end when I come home and BINGE. blahhh university party life.. |

eating out of boredom is one of the number one reasons why people overeat. While its at your desk during work, on the computer or just watching tv. Figuring out ways to keep yourself occupied is a HUGE step in helping people achieve their weightloss goals. Cravings usually go away with time.. Next time one comes along, Use the 5 D's! Disarm your cravings with the 5 D's. Delay at least 10 minutes before you eat so that your action is conscious, not impulsive. Distract yourself by engaging in an activity that requires concentration. Distance yourself from the food. Determine how important it really is for you to eat the craved food and how much you really want it. Decide what amount is reasonable and appropriate, eat it slowly and enjoy! |

ahhhhh i know exactly what you mean. i just LOVE the act of eating (chewing or drinking) ...and its usually in response to boredom, mostly when im on the computer. I used to just eat and eat and eat (thats how i gained weight)... and now i just chew gum ALL the time. I can go through like 2 packs per day (HORRIBLE) ..but on the bright side, its MUCH better than going through two bags of chips right?

This app is amazing!!!!!! Im doing a study abroad in France, and this app has made it possible for me to count my calories while im away! yay! ..im not a big fan of eating back what I exercise though. How accurate do you think the calorie estimate is? |

I maintained my weight like this for a year due to bingeing. Look at your eating/exercise patterns, and find out WHAT is causing you to binge. Are you eating enough? Emotions? Boredom? Once you find out the root of bingeing, find a plan to tackle it! good luck! |

ALL THE TIME. friends, family everyone... but the funny thing is they are all overweight and I know its their inner mind telling them they should do the same. Unfortunately they do not have the will power or determination to lose weight so they make negative remarks on my weight loss. ESPECIALLY with my family ..anything I do , im cold = maybe you should eat more. i feel like im getting sick = EAT MORE. like cmoonnnnnnnn. |
