Peanut butter is yummy (especially peanut butter cookies =])! The only thing that bothers me is how it's so high-cal Frown I tend to like the organic brands better than the regular kinds though

I don't think bread is bad but it just doesn't fill me up (even whole wheat bread). I'd have to eat 4 or 5 slices to get full off that alone and that's around 400-500 cals. But when it's lite bread I don't mind Laughing

I won't be counting calories for a couple of weeks either Smile Not because I don't want to, I'm just going on vacation and not all the food there has nutrition facts (plus it's in a different language, so I won't even bother xD) I just plan on exercising a lot more and hope it works =]

It's not bad to have a snack before you work out. I would if I didn't get such horrible cramps =P so I just eat something light afterwards.

I think using a pretend jump rope would be a lot easier. Whenever I use a real rope I just end up with whip marks on my legs... Frown

Sorry, I don't have any advice but I'm the same way. I'm small framed but my ribcage always sticks out a little at the bottom =( ugh it's so annoying! >.<

My worst injury was when I got stiches...Frown And the stupid thing was that I just tripped over something and that's how it all happened (well I was 6 that time. I fell hard though, if that's even possible =P). I remember crying a lot and stuff when I actually had to get the stiches done.

I had a dream where I ate 6 cream puffs and then I finally decided to look at the nutrition facts and I was like "OMG!! I just ate 3000 calories?!" Hah, I was so relieved when I woke up.....and btw, 6 cream puffs don't actually have 3000 caloriesTongue out

I sneak in my own air-popped popcorn (that way I don't feel left outLaughing). I use Orville Redenbacher 94% fat free butter. It's only 15 cals per cup and pretty filling.

Yogurt - Dannon Light & Fit

Bread - 45 cal Sara Lee

Veggie - corn

Frozen Entree - none

Breakfast Bar - don't eat breakfast bars

Fruit - watermelon, mangoes

Dessert - fat free frozen yogurt

Oatmeal - Coach's Oats (I just eat them with a little brown sugar)

Dinner you prepare- anything healthy and low cal =)

Healthy Restaurant Entree - sushi with imitation crab (sushi is healthy right??)

Breakfast you prepare - french toast made with 45 cal whole wheat bread, a little brown sugar, and vanilla extract

I'm definately becoming obsessed with the food I eat. It's pretty much all I can think about. Just thinking about the things I can or can't eat or how many calories something has even if I'm not going to eat it...
