to the question above, unfortunately it did not say the company they got the mix from, just the ingredients of the mix and im pretty positive it's made just for souplantation and not distributed elsewhere.BUT i found sugarfree mousse mix at the store by a company called Sans Sucre, but it has 70 calories in half cup serving which is almost double that of souplantation. BUTTT at netrition.com they have all this great low carb and diet food stuff, and dixie line low carb brand makes some amazing stuff! they have chocolate pudding mix that is 28cals/half cup. also, i totally forgot about wow cow brand frozen yogurt! it's only 38cal/half cup and it comes in like 5 billion flavors and has a very mousse-like texture but creamier, you just gotta go on the internet and find out what local frozen yogurt shops distribute it, or you can buy it online and make it in your ice cream maker but when you buy it you get a lot of mix, and basically are stuck with that one flavor for quite some time. it is delicious though! hope that stuff helps....as far as souplantation mousse goes.. they really are smart making such an amazing mystery mousse that keeps people going to their restaurant!

what the heck?

have you actually looked at the size of a teaspoon, and the size of a tablespoon? making 1 1/2 tablespoons last on a sandwich makes it spread pretty thin. You might be using more than you think, because the average PB&J uses 2 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/2-3/4 tablespoon (thin spread) of jam.
