breakfast: raisin bagel w/butter, 4oz yogurt, 2/3c blueberries, 3tbsp craisins, 8oz orange juice

snack: 8 wheat thins, 2 tbsp hummus, 7 dried apricot halves

lunch: turkey and avocado wrap, cup salad w/balsamic, 2 tbsp raisins, 8oz orange juice

snack: 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 quaker raisin granola bars, 3 prunes

dinner: thomas wheat pita pizza w/sauce, veggies and cheese, applesauce, cup salad w/balsamic

dessert: 3 entammanns cookies

snack: apple, teddy grahams, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

 

i feel gross. i don't know my weight anymore and i find myself getting really paranoid and ready to leave this residential treatment. they just keep stuffing me with food.

b- 2 packages instant oatmeal, 3tbsp craisins, 1.25c strawberries, 1/4c almonds, 6oz yogurt, 8oz oj

s- apple, 7 kashi crackers, 2 tbsp hummus

lunch- salad with feta, 1/2c chickpeas, 5 olives, pita, 2 tbsp hummus, berries

s-half banana, chewy granola bar, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

d- 4 oz chicken and cup of rice (stir fry), 2 tbsp raisins, 3 entamins cookies

s- 3 prunes, 8 saltines, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

 

so full.. my meal plan went up again and i'm having so much trouble dealing with the pain of refeeding.. how is everyone else doing? does this seem like an incredible amount of food to everyone else?

breakfast: kashi crunch with soy milk, almonds, half banana, cottage cheese, orange juice

snack: apple, 7 wheat thins

lunch: wrap with 2oz turkey and lettuce, cup minestrone soup, cup green beans with 1/2 tbsp margarine, 2 tbsp craisins

snack: 1graham cracker, 3tbsp raisins, 12 almonds

dinner: chinese chicken salad (grilled chicken, mixed veggies on lettuce, mandarin slices and crispy wonton noodles with a bit of asian dressing)

snack: applesauce, 16 teddy grahams, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

lunch: garden burger on wheat roll with avocado, lettuce and swiss. side of strawberries and carrots

snack: granola, yogurt

dinner: balsamic salad with tofu, minestrone soup, fig newtons

snack: raisins, teddy grahams

 

refeeding is so difficult, i dont know my weight but my nutritionist is trying to make me gain approx 2 lbs per week. looking back, i've come a long way but i just feel so sick and panicky. ergg

lunch: salad with chickpeas, 2oz swiss cheese, 5 olives and 1 tbsp balsamic dressing with a wheat pita, 8oz oj

dinner: tofu stir fry (6oz tofu, 1c white rice, veggies)  with raisins 8 oz oj

snack: 3 prunes

 

extremely full but i know its needed to gain and i'm beginning to trust my nutritionist more and more. i am starting my second weekend in residential and plan on being here for a while. i'll continue to post my meals because they might help others  but they willl conitnually increase over time as well.

i agree...yyonah i love everything you have- you even inspired me to stop being afraid of bagels and i've been having them for lunch lately too haha.

 

breakfast: (semi binge on weird things because mom was baking but...) fiber one, fage, chocolate chips, raw brownie mix (i know..odd)

 

lunch: strawberries, apple, cereal with milk

 

dinner: haven't decided yet but something good because tonight is the last night before i leave for residential inpatient treatment ( i was kicked out of school this week for an "intervention" because i'm in bad shape)

i'm yyonah on everything.. oreos and peanut butter used to be my favorite thing as a little kid. (got the idea from parent trap haha)

i would also eat raw pillsbury cookie dough and bags of trail mix with everything in it ... salted cashews...granola...nutella on bagels ... chocolate chips in oatmeal

breakfast- .5 cup melon, 1.5 all bran, 6oz greek yogurt

lunch- 1.5 large wrap bread (with lettuce, tomato and 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese). side of carrots and green beans

snack- apple. 

don't know what else i'll have today but i'm feeling brave. had a big lunch because i need to get blood taken in an hour and i dont want to get sick. it's also the first time i've exceeded 600 calories before dinner in months. although i'm a bit panicky i'm determined to raise my cals today and not restrict. 

edit:

dinner: 1 cup kashi go lean, 6oz plain dannon yogurt, 1cup grapes, .5 melon

snack: .25 cup granola with raisins.

bad day. wasn't hungry for dinner so just ate food from my dorm. reached 1000 calories but only because lunch was so big and parents called me making me feel guilty. will definately exceed at least 1100 tomorrow- time to up those cals again!
