Faith, 2 pounds is nothing (: im sure you can lose it by just eating healthy alone. all you really have to do is cut back the junk food. instread of chips or sweets, have you fvorite fruit. instead of soda, have water. and just take walks with the dog, or take up a sport. it should help (:
and Stephaine, I know how your feeling, once i was not trying to lose weight and i was, i started eating and not caring, and i gained it all, PLUS some. but noe im getting it off, and keeping it off. six pounds is reachabe i think, i wanna lose 7 :D |

haha i knowseriosuly same here. yeha im on mine, dont even trip, were girls. well if you havent in 3 months, thats pretty wierd. maybe your not eating enough. cause i know that if you dont eat enough, then your reproductive systen starts to shut down, so you miss periods.
but i had a salad & soup. but them desert. but the entire family shared one. so yeah, im going on a walk/jog (: stupid period water weight. my scale says 109. ): |

of course you can join (: 12 pounds by july is reach-able for sure. yeah, i get you, i want to drop 7 before school gets out. I think your at a plateau cause i know that after you lost weight, thereis sometimes a pause, im at one too. I lost 15 lbs in the last 2 months, and now the last 7, its hard. If you have a friend thats trying to lost its alot easier, like my friend and I are going hiking today, Or maybe your period is comming, and it water weight? cause im on mine now, and thats why i cant seem to lose, but hopefully these pounds will come off next week. (: |

Dont even trip (: I havent lost an ounce in a week. But, this morning i got my period, so i KNOW this is going to hold me back, since i eat like a horse when in on it. ahaha (: but im confident that we can do this. |

we can soooooo do this. im going hiking sunday, super exited. but i ate out tonight. i had half a toasted turkey sanwich that came wit a small side of ceaser salad. so i thougt i did like really good, but i searched it and it came out to soo many caloriess. but i didnt eat it all, probably like half, but still. haha |

yeah, when i say lose weight, i mean my eating helathier and exercising more, as i have beofre, i lost 20 lbs in the last couple of months. But these final ones are hard. |

my suggestion is to walk. take a walk after dinner, or when you get home from school. if you dont have a dog, just ask your family if they want to go for a walk. walk to a close friends house, to the supermarket. and take up a sport. Im not much into sports at all. I started playing tennis which i SUCK at. but im getting better. and its good for you. Before i knew it, 2 hours had gone by. Just go with a friend or sibling, I go with my sister. Im going hiking with friends, its like an adventure (: i hope this helps. |

I'm definatley in. I'm 14. 5'3 and 107 pounds. it doesnt seem like alot, but it looks like alot, and I want to feel confident in my own skin. i want to lose 7 lbs by June 22, thats when school gets out. And i want to look and feel good in my bikini at the beach. |

Tell them that your growing up, and theres nothing thats going to stop it, this is your future, and they are holding you back, tell them that unless they want to have to support you and your future family, then they need to step up, and let you acheive your dream. And if its the money, tell them you will pay them back, and get a job, or maybe ask your grandparents, or an aunt or uncle. |

im 14 5'3 and 107. it doesnt really sound like alot, but i have this very unattracitve pouch on my lower stomach, and frankly, its NOT cute. and i want to lose 5-7 lbs by summer. (june 22) cause i plan to go to he beach with my friends, but the world isnt ready to see my stomach yet. (:

YESS! i want to lose 6 lbs by summer, in about a month and a half to do it. I'm 14 years old, 5'3 and 106 lbs. its doesnt really sound like alot, but theres this unattractive pouch at the bottom of my stomach, and frankly, it needs to go. I just started this today, and today my overall grade was a A- i suppose thats good, i just really need this pouch gone, cause its NOT cute. |
