Simple.  Exercise and eat healthy.  Protein helps build muscle mass, so before you work out or after you work out, drink a protein shake

Just try to enjoy it.  Lasagna is good! Yum Yum.  One serving of Lasagna is not gonna make you gain weight.  so eat it and enjoy.

I would cut back a little on the grains and eat more veggies, especially broccoli, which really seems to fill me up.  Maybe not eat the nutrigrain bars.  I don't think processed food really satiates hunger for a long period of time.  Stick to natural foods.  And maybe not so much cheese.

Its recommended to simply jump start your metabolism.  Even eating something simple like a piece of fruit will do the trick.  You don't have to waste your calories with this meal if you are not active in the morning, just east something small and low in calories.  You simply want to get your digestive system up and running again after sleeping.

A salad with tons of fresh veggies and next to no dressing ( I use that spray stuff that has 10 calories a spray).  I like a little crunch to go along with my veggies so I will either crush up 2 tortilla chips or add some bacos.  YUMMY....and filling..Only about 200 calories

I try to weigh once a week, that way, if I am good with my diet, the weight will be the same or lower.  Your weight fluctuates throughout the day so it is not a good idea to weigh yourself on a daily basis.

I hearyou on this one. I do not consider myself an atheist but do not subscribe to religion and I find I am not able to speak freely of this without offending people and getting ganged up on, but people feel it is okay to judge me based on my way of life. Very frustrating indeed.

Oh...and you are crazy if you think your thighs are disgusting.  You look good and you should be proud of your body.  After having kids and putting on 80 pounds, I wish I could once again have the body that I found so imperfect when I weighed 140 pounds.  And, I agree with the people who say you should eat healthy.  This is not only about losing weight but about being a healthy and happy individual.

Thank you both for your support.  And you are both totally right.  Today is a new day.  I plan on implementing a workout routine today and am actually very excited about it.  Anyhow, I really just wanted to thank you.  I am feeling up to the challenge today and have left yesterdays mistake behind!  Anyways, happy dieting!
