I feel like I'm in the same boat as you. I've been wanting to make a post myself but wasn't sure where to start. I'm excited to see how your determination pays off becase I myself am anal and totally dedicated to the cause. I am extreamly healthy (exercise, eat right, to the tee) but find my belly pooch and bonus booty area which i lovingly refer to as my sparetire/muffintop) to be a stubborn area that will not deminish in the least. I used to do less and have much better results I'm only 26 so other than quiting smoking 3 years ago there is no set reason why my metabolim has slowed to a trickle. Keep working hard and counting the calories while keeping us posted and I'll do the same. Today @ 5'3" & 133...tomorrow skinny bitch?!?! |
