i've seen several of your posts. maybe you really are niave and are wondering, i don't know. if that's the case, please talk to your mom about seeing a counselor or a nutritionist. and trust me, there is NOTHING wrong with seeing someone. it does not mean failure. i'd think you would know that existing on fruit is not healthy. i've never had anorexia but i imagine some of your posts will be triggering to others. please be more sensitive.

 Those are not symptoms of Anorexia? Now imagine living like that for 1 months (maybe more). WHAT IS THAT? TELL ME? Is it just a normal 1500 cals like you eat?

im like except probably double BUT I dont have dinners or lunches i just eat whenever mostly...and i lost 55 pounds so not to worry.

My mom's a doctor she said something that if you wake up and run ur just making it worse for ur heart. So if I were you I'd do it in the evening....

WOAH !!! What just happenedn. I was like you... I ate 1000 cal a day. and today i felt obese so i ate like 1500.... so does that mean  i gained fat???

NEVER CUT WATERMELON INTO CUPS. IT tastes like crap after that.. and  p.s dont worrky about it I eat 1/2 a watermelon a day (but i skip breakfast and lunch) and i went from 155 -150

Help, yes, we're happy to. Aid you in killing yourself, either through under or overeating and malnutrition, not at all.

5 cups of cereal is not 5 servings, it's closer to 10-15 depending on the cereal...yuck, unbalanced, just a bad idea. Then again, you knew that and were trying to make some kind of snarky point. I'll give you the benefit of just not knowing any better in this case.

Perhaps you don't have healthy food available to you? Do you not actually know what healthy foods are? We can help, just let us know which area you're uneducated in and you'll get a ton of information. So, let's try this again:

  • How do you know you've lost 35 pounds in a month?
  • Have you seen your doctor for this drastic weight loss?
  • What do your parents have to say about it or do they even know?
  • Do you have a counselor/clergymember/parent that you're talking to now about your weight loss and eating habits?
  • Are you sure that you're really eating as little as you're claiming?
  • 2 lbs of strawberries is a nice snack, not a binge.
  • 1) I know cause my scale says so. it went down from 200 to 154...i didn't want to say more than 35 cause i knew u guys would again tell me its "unhealthy.. etc".  and i have lost 35 in one month... that was when i was working out. Then it turned into a big pain-- so i stopped. Then i just stopped eating allot then I dropped like the other 20 (ish) lbs .

    2) No, I havent seen a doctor since Febuary, that's when she told my BMI is 30 (Now its 24.5)

    3) MY parents say eat more... And I do just a a lto of fruit

    4) What? Im sorry I didn't Understand that....
