WOAH !!! What just happenedn. I was like you... I ate 1000 cal a day. and today i felt obese so i ate like 1500.... so does that mean i gained fat??? |

NEVER CUT WATERMELON INTO CUPS. IT tastes like crap after that.. and p.s dont worrky about it I eat 1/2 a watermelon a day (but i skip breakfast and lunch) and i went from 155 -150 |
