i enjoy my cow rare my chicken barbqued and my pig smoked.... its only a commercial..... if you take offense to that then you have to much time on your hands... get in the gym work hard and you can eat anything... i have lost 70lbs since january and havent passed up a good steak a piece of chicken or some smoked hog.... life is to short people...enjoy it!!! i would rather eat meat then vote for OOOOObama!

no worries, I just don't like to see people lose their gusto to be healthy. i spent to much time as an athlete, then a slug. now i am someone who is just trying to be healthy. if my advice helped great, if it didn't then i am sorry. but get on your horse as soon as you can.... good luck! blue |

OBVIOUSLY, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TRYING TO GIVE ENCOURAGEMENT IS... PISSY OR NOT, GET A GRIP! THIS WOMAN WAS WORRIED ABOUT FALLING OUT OF HER ROUTINE!!!!! AND I WAS TRYING TO GIVE HER SOME SUPPORT! I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT WHATS RIGHT AND WHATS WRONG. BUT SINCE YOU DECIDED TO PUT YOUR FOOT IN YOUR MOUTH AND TAKE MY ADVICE AS BEING "STUPID". give it a week let your body get used to the pain and start running again.... suck it up your working to hard to give in... i have lost 55lbs since january with just diet and exercise and i have had a few injuries along the way. i wont miss my routine for anyone or anything. if i have to get up at 4 am or if i have to do it at midnight it gets done.
i have come to far i am 30lbs away from what i think i want my goal to be and i wont stop...i have made to many sacrifices !!!!!!! and so have you ...use this as inspiration and get going again....

i have to do low impact because of a left knee problem. i do my running on the elliptical and do 7 miles in about 65 minutes which is about a 9.28 mile... I'm not sure if its the same as being on the road but its the best i can do. i am afraid to hurt myself on the road because if get injured then i will be out of the zone that's taken me 6 months to create.... but then again i do mountain bike. go figure? |

i'm good with 12 pcs of sashimi edema mi and hot green tea.... not a big roll eater or sushi eater just give me lots of wasabi with my yellow tail ,tuna and salmon.... mix in some roe..and there you have it... |

heres what my cardio work out consists of. i do an hour on the eliptical which i am up to 7miles and 1000cals in an hr. since i lost so much weight already the cals are droping off so it might take me 65 mins instead of 60. &nb sp; 5 days a week. i have been doing this since january i have lost over 50lbs with just diet and exercise alone. not to mention mountain biking which i just started. at 44 i feel like i am 30 again. i do more with my kids now my wife loves the extra energy i have and i bought a harley... so there is no way i am going back to 3x tshirts and taking naps. there is to much life out there that i missed since my mid 30's. oh yeah and the calorie count plus really really is a god send. and this music...... what makes my music fun is when the explicit stuff comes on and i have some 80 yr old woman trying to talk to me while i am totaly in the zone and lil john is busting out some f bombs.
