This is possibly my number one problem.  I stay up later, so I'm inclined to eat at night, usually from boredom.  I find that water is good, and whenever I feel like eating I get down on the floor and stretch until I forget about eating.

This has done loads for my flexibility too! Almost able to do the splits haha.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit =)

So, I did terrible this week.  Haha.  Movie parties with smores and snacks are about the worst things.  So this next week is a back on track, work out week.  I only worked out once this week >.<

Okay.  Here goes:

1. No more chub rub!
2. I don't want to be the fat girl anymore; I'm a going to be a sophmore(14 years old) and I want to go to a dance and feel beautiful.
3. I want to go on a date =)
4. I want to go shopping with my friends and be able to shop in the same stores as them; I don't want to have to go to the plus size shops.

I've been working hard all week to control my munchies, and last night I could barely sleep because I was afraid I ruined it by having a frozen yogurt yesterday.  But then when I got up and realized that I had lost over a pound I was so thrilled =)  Maybe another two this week!  I'm definitly encouraged now to keep going and get active more.

My non scale victory would have to be my flexibility! I've never been flexibile, but after a lot of stretching everyday, I am about three inches off the ground when I do the splits!

I'm thinking another  two weeks, and I should be all the way on the ground.

I just had to share because this made me so happy.
