Original Post by eerica: I am currently in the most serious relationship I've ever been in, we are engaged and very much in love. Now that I am with my fiance, the past "loves" seem like a joke. I've never been in love before, but I didn't realize it until now. However, if I were to lose my fiance (it's painful to even think about) for whatever reason, I know this much: He has tought me how to trust, how to give, how to love and how to share. He has shown me that I am a good person and that doubting myself is not healthy. He has made me feel more beautiful, confident and wanted than I ever thought possible. Thanks to him I know what it feels like to have a fairytale romance, and I don't think I could ever settle for less again. All in all, I'd rather have those memories, lessons and feelings stay with me through a lifetime rather then wish they had never happened. That being said - I never want to lose him

I'll tell you hat 6 almonds would do for me.... NOTHING Six to tide you over til dinner? get real! I would need about 36 to tide me over for the next 20 minutes... and that's not counting the "doubles" I would put in mouth, still counting as "one almond" |

I have not ead any of the previous replies to the OP, so here's my raw opinion: There is no grey area, and here is why: The standard is different for every couple and also every individual. Depending on the situation of said kiss or sexual act (or flirtatious act could qualify in certain cases), the people involved (externally, not the couple), the morality maintained between the couple, each person's personality and perception etc. The definition of cheating therefore varies from person to person, couple to couple. I kind-of cheated is not a reality! You either did, or you didn't, depending on the before mentioned factors... |

Original Post by kathygator: He DOES... which i what prompted me to fake when a number of trials failed to achieve the big O, but ike i've said before it still feel goooood oh and also, kathyator, "It is a bit of a blow to man's ego if he feels unable to bring his partner to orgasm. Same as the blow to a woman's if she feels as if she isn't desirable enough to inspire one in her partner" - - another reason why i fake it... the thing is i STILL enjoy it, but my bf has a hard time believing that, because of the ego? ? and muttlover, i can totally relate to you! everytime my boyfriend stays over i can hardly keep my hands off him! I really really enjoy sex, even without orgasms... |

Original Post by smwhipple: yeah, he is a good lover and im not just saying it because hes my bf ... he's gotten me the closest to orgasm, i've acually come SO close it fustraed me when I just couldn't reach it... that's when i gave up and thoght "its never going to happen" ... mind you he's always checking my response to diffrent things, but i've gotten so used to faking it i don't give him the right cues anymore ... the reason i started faking it is becase I was SICK AND TIRED of hearing "you're missing out" ... im still missing out, but nobody knows it! (except the thousands of members on CC lol) |

yeah, i wasnt suggesting you fake it... i was just saying i do... i guess ive put myelf in a bit of pickle now, i cant exactl tell him "oh btw honey, we need to work on our sex life because, well, i've been faking it" ... uh oh... |

well the thing is, like carmen, my bf kept pestering about how i was "missing out" and blah blah blah so while we had sex i observed the noises he made and the way his body moved (shook) when he orgasmed. I mimic them with a bit more girly 'oh baby's and TA DA! I still havent orgasmed, but he doesnt know that and he' stopped the whole "you're missing out" story... Don't get me wrong, I enjoy having sex - or rather, making love - i just can't seem to reach THAT point, it always dies out before I can get there, even at my most horny moments |

I don't see 'obese' as a superficial matter, but rather a health matter If you are comfortable that's fine, but just take conscience of the health problems you might be in for... And it's really good that you have found your special someone |

maybe you should seek a professional's opinion? A nutritionist or dietician can help you firgure out YOUR ideal weight and intake. Everyone is different and unfortunately here on CC we can only give you our opinion/experiences, which may not necessarily apply to you. I have read about your concern for quite some time now and I really think you would benefit greatly from having a personal profile set out for you by a qualitief dietician. It may cost a lot but maybe it's worth a try, your happiness/sanity may be at stake Good luck |

First of all, define healthy weight. If you're on the borederline of underweight, with a BMI of 20.1, then you are not safe yet. Ideally, you should be above 22. However, because your post reveals that you exercise a lot, you may need to consider a higher BMI to allow for the muscle you have built. You ARE 15, try to stop calorie-counting. I haven't been able to do it cold turkey, but last time I was on a meal plan I guesstimated portion sizes and roughly guessed (as in: 2 sliced of toast, cheese, coffee, apple; hmm, 400? - and I left it at that) You've prob memorised cals and will be able to estimate better than any nutritionist out (i found this to be true for me!) I don't know at what rate you gained, and not knowing your starting weight, current weight and pre-ED weight makes it hard to judge. Not being a qualified professional also means that I can only give you an opinion, and it may not be the right one. Ask yourself what it is you know you should do, and answer that question with uttermost honesty. Good luck! |

my dad used to be like that, however he was slim and athletic (then again so was I) and I dropped a lot of weight. One thing though, my mum kept saying things like "you look good" and "you don't need to gain weight" but it's only because she was petrified that I'd gain weight and relapse (as has been the case in the past) so maybe that's what your mum is saying? Confront her. You may be surprised. |

bigdad - thank you so much, I was actually afraid I wasn't active enough and that it would all turn to fat! You have quietened my fears meeshmeesh - yesterday I wentr to 2200cal and felt so crabby ... any ideas on how to quieten the "voice"? Thanks all for your input, I guess now it's just a matter of convincing myself that I do need more cals to gain weight.
