Hi, I'm new too! I've lost weight with slimming world twice but decided to give the calorie counting a go. Didn't want to be restricted to different combinations of foods again. It makes sense to eat less calories than you need and burn more to lose weight. That's the theory anyway. What do other people think? Let me know about your successes and any pitfalls you think calorie counting has. Any tips on finding time to exercise with a 4 year old and 4 month old baby? Day 1 has officially begun! Kirsty1oli |
