if its any consolation, your weight of 140 lbs is actually my goal weight, i'm 5'9, i'm currently 190, down from 217. if u really want something bad, u do what you need to do to get it. |

i'm new but count me in :) i'm 190 at the moment, tryin to get down to 182 in this period I'm bridesmaid at my mother's wedding on the 27th, i've lost 24lbs so far since christmas, i keep struggling with the same 5lbs!! |

hey omgness :) with the summer coming its easier (i find) to lose weight, schools out so you'll spend time with friends, hanging out and whatever! i spend most summers swimming and walking, which both help tone muscle and burn fat. with the warm weather i tend to eat a lot of salads and drink lots of smoothies, which are filling and really good for you cuz they're full of fruit and vitamins! if you're going out for icecreams try choose a fruit popsicle, they tend to have less fat than dairy icecream. drink loads of water and juice, sometimes when my body is thirsty i tend to eat, so if u think you're hungry have a glass of water or juice or diet soda, then if you're still hungry, have something to eat :) other than that, all i'll say is eat low fat produce, but dont completly cut it out, if u do your body will start to store fat, rather than lose it! hope this is of some use! good luck xx |

i listen to a lot of MCR, The Killers, The Fratellis, Metallica, Iron Maiden and Rage Against The Machine when I work out but Timbaland is probably the best for me! the rythms and lyrics get me going, and before i know it the song is over lol! |
