My favorite is the Spiral Diner in Ft. Worth-- sooo good!  Here's a great review of it, done by one of my favorite bloggers:

SERIOUSLY, Vitasoy Light original is the best!!!  It only has 60 calories per cup (lowest of all the soymilks, I think), AND it tastes sooo creamy in coffee, oatmeal, cereal... give this stuff a try!

I know a lot of vegans aren't too strict with honey-- the whole point of veganism is to be as compassionate as you can be, not to be a stickler and obsessively avoid every little bit of honey or products that are produced on the same equipment as milk, etc.  For me, I don't specifically set out to buy products with honey, but if I happen to eat something that has honey, I don't beat myself up about it :)

One of the reasons I love Chocolate Covered Vegan's blog so much (http://howtogainweightonavegandiet.blogspot.c om/) is because her philosophy on food and veganism is just so refreshing!

So how do you figure out what the ccalorie count is of something without the subtraction for fiber?  Is there a way?
