I make sure my HRM chest strap sensors are wet and then place it under the elastic band of my sports bra and I hardly ever have a problem. I do not use a special sports bra, just my Nike sports bra. When I do have a problem I have discovered if I clean the sensors (rubbing alcohol or soap and water) it starts working again. I have a polar HRM made for woman.

Find a good cobbler and have the boots stretched at the calves. I have shapely calves and a size 6 foot. I have to have all my boots stretched in the calves so they fit.  (I prefer the word shapely to fat or larger)

I  have had a trainer for about nine months and I think he is worth the money. I would have never lift the amount of weight that I lift now if it was not for him. I also started doing more cardio and caring about my health more since I started working out with him.

I have already run two 10K this week and work out with HEAVY weights twice a week. I currently run a 10 min mile and run at least 12 to 15 miles a week. However this is my first half marathon.

I have great running shoes. And have been to several sites that list out training programs all of the programs want one day of speed work. I am just wanting to know if anyone has done their speed work on the treadmill. Trying to run 400 meters in the city is not always easy unless you have access to a track.

I get a little puffy sometimes, for me it is water retention. I make sure so increase my water intake. It usually goes down in a day.

I like Patagonia thongs, they are very confortable and you can wear them under  running legging with no lines. I also wear the running shorts with built in undies.

90/50 here and have only had blackout when my blood sugar is too low not from low blood pressure. However some members have to salt everything to keep their blood pressure up. I would also talk to a another Doc.

I always drink low fat chocolate milk after exercising.  It has alot of protein and is easy to find. Also it tastes better than a proten shake.

I third the Clif Buillder bars. I have one as a afternoon snack, they really keep you full and are tasty.

I LOVE, I mean LOVE, my iphone. The apps are great, I can count calories and get directions. The Web is much faster than my old blackberry.  Once you get use to the keyboard it is a breeze.

Some times you cannot, when I was in Laos the only protein I could get was from fish, so that is what I ate for protein. Friends of mine who are vegan said that is it impossible to keep to a vegan diet in Japan and very hard to be a veggie.  As fish sauce is used every where in South East Asia. It really just depends where you travel if you are sticking to the western industrial world (USA, Europe and Australia) the you always can find something to eat that is vegetarian, vegan can be a lot harder.  Even if you eat noodles and cheese for a week in Austria (a country that did not have a lot if choices)

My heart hate monitor is what I use for calorie counts on my weight training. My trainer said that it gives a more accurate accounting of calories.

I also gained a ton of weight after my thyroid was fried. However after the doctor's were able to get my meds correct the weight did come off with lots of diet and exercise.  I did have to reduce my calories to about 1200 a day.

I would talk to the manager. Explain your situation and be very polite. When you meet with the new trainer say that you want to learn how to use the circuit machines.  Most trainers are happy to help, but not all of them

At my grocery store "lite" avocados are just Florida Avocados. Florida Avocados have less oil that the standard hass avocados.

They could be, I would look for a really good endocrinologist. You have several symptoms, or it could be something else.  Attached is a link that list multiple symptoms of hypothyroidisms. However discovering that you have thyroid problems is not going to be the magic pill that solves weight problems.
