i guess i just mean that i have tagged a few things because they weren't in the database and i added them manually myself and tagged them in order to save the information "easily"
but i can use other websites that use tags to give examples.
delicious.com is a social bookmarking website that uses tags to define websites you save. when you search for "food" in the search engine to remember websites you've saved with that tag first your links come up and then other users links come up with the same tag. so it searches the entire database for the tag, but first it refers to your saved items first.
does that make sense? sorry if im not explaining this very well. |

also: http://www2.potsdam.edu/hansondj/Controversie s/1090947264.html Alcohol and Health: Should the Public Know the Truth?by David J. Hanson, Ph.D. The U.S. federal government has published a detailed analysis of the research evidence on alcohol and health. It supports the consensus of medical researchers that the moderate consumption of alcohol is more healthful than either abstaining or abusing alcohol. Unfortunately, many people don’t want this information known. Nor do they want the public to know about the estimate that if everyone in the U.S. abstained from alcohol, it would lead to an increase of 80,000 premature deaths from heart disease each year. Studies demonstrate that the moderate consumption of alcohol saves more lives than are lost as a result of its abuse. This has led the Scripps Howard News Service to pose an important question:

you made me question my own consumption of alcohol... so i did a little search. http://www2.potsdam.edu/hansondj/AlcoholCalor iesAndWeight.html Alcohol, Calories & Weight Drinking alcohol does not contribute to weight gain, according to scientific medical research. The DataAlcohol contains calories, but drinking alcohol doesn't lead to weight gain, according to extensive medical research, and many studies report a small reduction in weight for women who drink. 1 The reason that alcohol doesn't increase weight is unclear, but research suggests that alcohol energy is not efficiently used. 2 Alcohol also appears to increase metabolic rate significantly, thus causing more calories to be burned rather than stored in the body as fat. 3 Other research has found consumption of sugar to decrease as consumption of alcohol increases. 4 Whatever the reasons, the consumption of alcohol is not associated with weight gain and is often associated with weight loss in women. The medical evidence of this is based on a large number of studies of thousands of people around the world. 5 Some of these studies are very large; one involved nearly 80,000 and another included 140,000 subjects. Alcohol beverages contain no fat, no cholesterol, and very little sodium. Of course, the nutritional value of different alcohol beverages varies. The moderate consumption of alcohol is associated with better health and longer life than is either abstaining from alcohol or abusing alcohol. However, the health benefits of drinking are associated with moderation [learn more about Alcohol and Health]. On the other hand, heavy drinking is associated with cirrhosis of the liver, breast cancer, and other health problems. The key word is moderation. |

i think a lot of people get cramps when they run. i always get side cramps on my right side, but i hear its because you're not breathing correctly from my "runner" friends. when it happens i try to take deeper breaths and i just run through it. it usually goes away. not sure if this is good or bad. ha. |
