Hello, You are welcome johgar....I ate kinda crappy this weekend. But I seem to still stay in my calorie count..but I dont eat as many times.... I am game for another 10...Well includung the 6 I still have to loose..LOL..so that will put me at 146....Sure!!!! Hopefully I can loose more this time. I am goind to try some things suggested to me. I have been stuck in this spot for too fricken long.. On a good note, when I ride my motorcycle to work I burn about 133 cals. Really, I looked.. :) |

Hi everyone, sw 162 last week 159 up from 157 cw 156 gw for now ;) 150 Joghar: dont feel bad, we all have our weak moments..You just cant eat that way all the time...Good thing it wasn't as yummy as before huh...I felt tha way about something I ate that was sooo bad...it was not as good and made even my skin feel icky...You will reach your 1.6pnds by next week. Throw out the cheetos!!!!!!! Congratualtions to those who are succeeding. It can be frusrating but worth it... |

Well hello everyone, So I am not sure how it haapend but I broke my plateau..It must have been water weight like I mentioned in my previous post. I only worked out on edya last week, and ate fast food all weekend because I was in a motorcycle course class form 7AM-5pm both days and it was eat that or starve....Saturday I weighed 160, up apound from a few days before that..This morning I weigh myself....156.5......confusing but ok...I also need to stop checking the scale every day!......But it is hard... |

OK so explain this one........I was stuck for a while around 159...which was up from 157....Last week I was ready to give up...I KINDA counted my calories...I think I walked and worked out ONE day..I was just totally frustated with working my ass off and being stuck..SO this weekend, I am at a motorcycle course class from 7AM-5PM both days...I HAD to eat fast food or starve...Saturday morning my scale said 160 :( I told myself a week off was enough tired of already feeling frumpy and lazy...Monday fresh new start right??? Well I get on my scale this morning..156.5 what the hell???? I though maybe I was bloated, having my PMSing symptoms I get (no period cuz of b-control) Maybe I should eat like crap every weekend..LOL I am happy again but hate the up and down numbers.... I hope everyone had a good weekend..... |

Just thought I would check in...I am still the same I am thinking it may be a few things for me this week. I dont ever put salt on my food....But I found these really nummy natural salt & pepper poofy chips and they were good but they might have done me in......And I dont really have a period becasue of my birthcontrol but I get some pre-symptoms like bloating...So I am going to do my best to not get toooo much more discouraged...Thanks for the support....hope you all have a good day :) |

Well big suprise I am still at 159........ sw for cc 162ish goal 150 (for now) last week 159 week before 157...UGH!!!! amberwolg-what are you doing to loose 6 pounds in one week? Good job... |

Hi everyone, I am stuck still at 157ish.....I seem to loose a few pounds and then NOTHING for another month...I wighed 172-174 in Dec. then in Jan I started counting calories and walking and working out (at home) I have lost 17 pounds since then....This morning I felt like just giving up.....really...I probably could use some motivation too...... |

So by the time I get home I dont feel like going anywhere..I am a single mom of 2 girls 11-15...and I dont always have the xtra money cuz of GAS!!! I know my girls would go with me but then thats more $...When I do work out it is at home and when I walk I do it at work and I use to walk about 5 miles a day on the weekends but they get so busy.. I've found I am getting really frustrated becasue I (like others) keep going back and forth.. Today I weigh 159 closer to 160...last week was 158..I know its only a pound from last friday but like Tuesday I weighed 157 so thats almost 3.. When I started eating better and working out I was 172-174 so I know over all I am doing good, when I joined cc i was 162.....I feel like I work so hard and NOTHING.. So I guess I will have to swim like you said..I know it is a good way to burn calories and tone up. I think that once you get to a certain point you really need to do something else. I know I would kick ass in a gym but agai with the $..I have always had an atheltic build...and I dont mean that is code for big... I have toned arms and back and legs...its my damn belly button pooch...ARG...(kids and c-sections) lol..Sorry I am rambling to day is not my day |

Hello everyone, My scale said 158.5 wich is up a half pound since last Friday. It said 157 Tuesday. I tried not to weigh myself AT ALL but I had too. I did not walk at all this week. I usually do 2 miles on my lunch break.. I did do my weights and calethetics.. and only went over my calorie count once..(yesterday, Vietnamese lunch YUM) Weather sucks and having issues with my 15year old daughter. So a half pound is not gonna break me :) On a good note though, I am wearing size 9/10 jeans so I am not doing to bad. Good job everyone else, its never too late to join...and how did you loose 7pounds.....???? |
