Wow. I knew that was too easy. Yeah, I just pressed "quick start" and actually went through the whole workout, which lasted an hour. Why does it lie to me?? |

Dude, you're like my twin. I'm 15, 5'8 ~165 and do DDR. You should be eating about 1700 cals a day to lose. DDR is awesome! :) |

Oh yes, I've used both calculators. The teen one is stupid. It just tells me I'm fat and that I should eat like 2100 calories per day. There is no way that is accurate. I probably ate that much when I was 14, and sedentary, and saw my highest weight, which was 30 lbs more than I am now. I'm finished growing. I have the weight-gaining tendency of an adult. I thought I stated all neccessary information in my first post, but I'm 5'8, ~165 lbs, lightly active. What I really want to know is if I should eat more on days that I excercise, or if that would defeat the whole purpose. |

Popcorn is amazing. My favorite kind is the Pop Secret Homestyle. It's just made with a little salt, I think. But a whole bag only has like ~120 calories. And it fills you up too. You can eat a lot of it, and there's only a little calories. It's the perfect snack. :) |

The pita pizza is really awesome. What I do is take a pita bread circle (only about 120 - 200 cals), sprinkle some garlic powder on it, and about 1 1/2 tbsps of pizza sauce. More garlic seasoning, and then a thin layer of shredded parmesan cheese. Sometimes I add a little grated parmesan as well. More garlic powder if you so desire, lol. Put in a 380 degree oven for 14 minutes. The garlic makes it smell really good when it's cooking! And there's barely any grease. Seriously, I hate pizza grease. It's so gross. But my easy homemade pizzas are the bomb!

Thanks. True, I do like AE products a lot. I have another pair of AE 12s in a different style (wide-leg), and they fit great. Guess I'm just not cut out for boot cut or whatever the hell I got. |

I was a 14-16 in December, when I weighed in the 190s, now, about 35 lbs down, I'm still only down to a 12. I have this weird pair of American Eagle jeans that are a 12, but they're really tight in the thigh/waist area and really loose in the calf area. Makes me feel horrible about myself. Guess I just have a lot of leg fat. |

Mine was also about 2 months. It was very frusturating, because I wanted to lose another 20. The problem was that I was not eating enough calories/burning too many. My metabolism slowed down, so nothing was happening. Since then I have increased my calorie intake, and 7 lbs flew off. |

When I started being serious about losing weight, I was 198 lbs, and that was in late December. Now I'm down to 159. I have pictures, too. Before (15 Dec 2007): http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y41/supersta r2anna/?action=view¤t=annalyric-1.j pg After (Mid-July): http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y41/supersta r2anna/P1010002.jpg I'm probably even thinner than that now. :)

| Weight Loss | Honest Plateaus! How long can they last? | Jul 19 2008 15:38 (UTC) |

I've been on a plateau for 2 months! It's very frustrating, but you just have to keep doing what you're doing, and be careful not to undereat. I've inadvertantly been burning too many calories/not eating enough, so be careful you're staying nourished. Also, it's best to weigh yourself only about once a week, so you can see your long-term results. :) |

| Weight Loss | Can not eating enough really make you gain weight? | Jul 19 2008 01:06 (UTC) |

Thanks everyone. I'm trying to eat a little more now, and not feeling guilty when I eat a snack or something. My neighborhood friends and I played outside yesterday, so I inadvertantly burned more calories then I meant to that day. But I ate sherbet later so I think it all went well. Sabrinab, I added you to my friends list. What you said was really inspiring. Really, though, you should remove your phone number. I'm not a psycho stalkerhead, but some people are.
