My sunglasses are polarized and I love them.  They are not prescription and still cost me $175.   I can wear them them till the sun is almost down, and they work great in the rain.  Hope this helps.

Yes I have also had those days.  In fact I kind of had two in a row.  I was driving all day yesterday so I just ate a couple of special k bars and some tuna and crackers.  I think I may have eaten a whopping 400 cals, not good.  Then today I woke up ate my cereal with no milk because apparently they don't have milk in the house.  That was it until about 5:00 when I was out shopping and became dizzy, then the little bell went off saying hello you need to eat.
