Eat healthy, by staying on track you'll feel better. Maybe treat you self to clothes that'll inhance your best features. Even just getting my nails done halps me stay on track when I'm feeling a little blue time-to-time. Hope you have a ton of FUN! |

| I find if it isn't a treadmill or pavement, it's hiking. Most likely having an incline even ever so slight. Good Luck! | |||

It's all about staying on track after that one day. I take one day a week where I eat a little more 'freely', but within limits. It really helps the craving and binge eating. Even when you are so mad you can eat a whole cow! I've always said pizza is good for you. Has all the food groups if ya order it right, and light cheese. The one you got sounds delicious! |

Thank you for sharing that. This is my first Mother's Day, and I won't do that to my girl when she gets older. You helped me realize how demanding I am, very seldom, but I still can be. I'm only 25. Seen a great quote this morning..."Mother's think twice. Once for their child, once for them." I love what order it's in....lol. Well good luck on the rest of your 'weekend' and I hope you do awesome at your dance competition! |

Wow, yeah I hear ya! I was wondering the same thing. I had my daughter August 28, 2007 and my belly has so many streach marks it looks like a road map! I've got the belly sag too. I'm only 25 but I am disabled so it's been a real nightmare trying to loose the baby weight. I guess with time it'll get better, but I mostly wanted to let you know you're not alone on this one. And a very big CONGRATS on the second baby! |

Yep, I'm American and it seems it this country we have no common knowledge what portions we really should be eating. Most people eat way too much. About 3-4 time too much. We're know as the 'Fat Nation' for a reason. I check out what people are wearing when I'm eating, it usually ruins my appetite. Good Luck! |

Any steamed veggies or not breaded chicken, if you can try not to get a lot of any sauce. Forget thick sweet sauces (sugar), red meat (fat), seafood (high cholesterol), brown sauce (tons of salt), most of the 'appetizers' and anything you're not sure what it is. Good Luck! |

I make my own. Start with an ethic flat bread, like Indian or Mediterranean. Then add lots of sauce, red pepper flakes, fresh or dried oregano, sea salt, and roasted garlic (dried). Then top with shredded Parmesan cheese very light, then a dash of olive oil, a finish with fresh basil. I cook mine in a toaster oven, since the breads already cooked. Good Luck! |

Chicken, fish and salad greens is how I went low carb. Just watch dressing. Oh, I had a banana for breakfast. |

Fast Food, and anything greasy. They have a bad 'bathroom' appeal. |
