ok i saw you post and i had to respond, i personally have never had a eating disored but i almost got to that point. Some tricks that i use when i eat so i dont over eat is I drink 2 glasses water and lemon before each meal therefore i'm cleansing the toxic in my body and preparing a full stomach for less room because eventually your stomach will hurt with massive food and water in it. I'm not sure if it will work but that what i do I use to weigh 173 and now i'm 153 and trying to reach 140 and then I think that will be it for me. Also sournd your self with picture of real people not celebrities (if a celebritie like Beyonce who is some what curvey and realist for the everyday female) not people like paris hilton(nothing against her but for the most part its not realistic for us)

well beyonce is 5'7 and 130-140 maybe? but it seems u need to go running or stair walking so u can switch up your routine and that the fastest way to get rid of the sides and to lift or get rid of your butt maybe take a dance class especially ballet it helps but overall u sound really fit

gronola because of the fiber but make sure its low in calories and not filled with a lot of sugar and broccli with a little bit of cheese  fill u up too
