Hey guys! I hope you've all been able to gather some concentration for those studies... I disappeared for a bit because of work and traveling..... and the introduction of an XBox 360 into my household. Oops.

I STILL haven't really studied for the GRE and really need to take it lol. It's going to be harder now because my boss (a professor) decided to have me enroll in a graduate summer class that starts next week. I was just informed of this the other day. Ugh! All of my June plans had a GRE cram in mind...

Sarah - I just graduated with a BS in Computer Science. Woo! The senior year has got to be the hardest (mostly because you're just ready to graduate), but stick in there!

Hey! I'm also having motivation issues with school. I just graduated with my bachelor's in Memphis, TN and am currently applying for grad school in the fall. A little close to the deadline, I know. I'm working for one of my professors over the summer and will be his GA in the fall. I guess I still have 'senioritis', but it's difficult for me to stay focused also. I've gotten to where I'll do everything but study for the GRE or prepare for fall classes lol. My job is pretty much research and course material, but the money is the only thing keeping me focused on that.

So what area of study are you focusing on? I'm in the IT world. It can be repetitive, thus I can be easily distracted at times.

Weight Loss Stretch Marks May 18 2008

When I was a teenager, I had quickly gained weight and some booty. I had really bad stretch marks. I had never thought that I could try to speed up the process, so I let them naturally fade. I lost the weight I had gained in the first year, but it took around 5 years before I couldn't see the marks anymore. Now I've gained some weight again, mostly in the same place. Wouldn't you know, I have stretch marks again. Last night I was researching the topic and everything I found said just to keep the areas moisturized daily. There were different suggestions, but they were all essentially the same -- moisturize often. I don't really know if it matters what you use, though everyone has their ideas of what works better.

As for personal experience with products, a long time ago someone suggested extra virgin olive oil (emphasis on extra virgin). It was strange, but I tried it only a couple of times over night. My skin was softer, but I couldn't take feeling so oily lol. So I think I'm going to stick with normal body lotions this time. I guess just try to use moisturizers that are good for your skin.

Good luck with whatever you try, and let the world know if you find a miracle product. :)
