I AM A BINGE EATER!

Can I join your group? I am 31 years old and lost about 30 lbs 4 years ago.  I did it by working out and eating healthy.  I never lost the last 10 that I wanted to.  I had a baby and now I am back to that 10 pound from goal mark and have been for 2 years!  Last summer I got within 3 lbs of my ultimate goal by restricitng calories and I realized that was not a great idea so here I am again 10lbs away.  I eat healthy. Fiber cereal with fruit for breakfast or an egg white and cheese whole wheat english muffin, a salad with protein for lunch, or a whole wheat turkey sandwich,  veggies and protein for dinner with fruit and yogurt as snacks. 

BUT the binge happens everyday after work or at night.  I eat my daughters cookies, cereal by the handfull, ice cream, peanut butter right out of the jar...oh it is terrible the things I will eat. 

If I could cut out the binging I would be within my calories and probably lose the weight.  It is just so hard.  Today I have had three cups of green tea trying not to eat anything else.  I feel like I have a major problem because I am always thinking about food!

Can I join you?

I am 30 years old only 5 feet tall (on a good day, hehe)and 109.  I would like to lose 9 lbs to put me at my goal weight.

I do 1 hour of cardio 3-4 days a week and I weight train 2-3 days a week, with a full time retail job and a 2 1/2 year old it is hard to have any type of schedule!

My issue is I will eat well for a while, fruits, veggies no white flower, potatoes...and then I will have one of my daughters cookies...then I will have 10 of her cookies or a piece of cake at a birthday party turns into a night of raiding the pantry for anything sweet when i get home...so I would say self-control is my issues as well as the size of my butt!

I would love to be part of a group that will keep me on track. I have not read all the post yet but do you have a specific  weigh in day?

10.13.08--I am stuck! My problem is I graze when I get home from work and I do not do enough if any strength training.  Time to add that in, might miss the weigh in on Friday, TOM should be here by then! Yuck

I am 30 have a beautiful 2 year old daughter.  I work full time outside of the home but hope to change that to part time by spring so I can spend more time with my daughter.  I work out 4-5 times a week.  I do too much cardio and not enough weights so I started to add that in and my weight is creeping up a bit.  I do not think I am fat yet I want to tone up a bit, I am skinny fat.

.05 lbs per week will make me happy!

I am only just a little over 4, 11 so 100 lbs is not under weight for me but normal ;)

I work out doing cardio 4 days per week and weights 2 -3 days.  I would love to get rid of those last 6 lbs!

Mondays sound great for weigh ins! I am hoping to be 104 by then.  I am 105 now so 1 lb, I have a birthday party to go to on Saturday so I know I may go over my calories a little bit so I am not hoping for some big number!

I had mine out two weeks ago and ended up with 2 dry sockets! Not fun, I know I lost 4lbs in 5 days but since then have put back on 2 I think I did hit starvation mode, I was lucky to get in 600 calories a day because I was in bed with my whole head throbbing like crazy!!. Now I am slowly eating my way back up to 1200 although with one dry socket still throbbing and having a "dressing" shoved in the hole it is still hard to eat crunchy, chewy or sticky foods.

I think you are doign well if you get in at least 1100 any lower and I think stravation mode would kick in. Try to eat an extra full fat yogurt or a milk shake with a spoon to add some easy filling calories.  This may not be the best for you but I think it is important to at least try to get some calories in!

At least we do not have to go through that again!!

107.6 but I have to take into consideration I did get my wisdom teeth pulled last friday.  I am hoping it doesn't go up this week though! Heading back to the gym on Monday.

Okay so yesterday I weighed in at 110.2 (the SAME as last week!) However it is the TOM so I am hoping that had something to do with it.  I also had my wisdom teeth out yesterday, only had 500 calories of which 500 calories came up so I had more like 0 calories and weighed 107.5 this morning.  I am just going to ignore that one though as much as I loved seeing it! ;)  Today I am feeling better and can keep food down but still can not chew food.  So far I've had a yogurt, some mashed bananas and about 3/4 of a cup of vanialla milkshake my husband bought me yesterday, I know not the best choice but it is what I can actually eat. I am trying to get in at least 1000 calories today.  I hope we all have a better week this week!

Could you bring your own food? I work nights too sometimes and I know it can be hard.  We always seem to have a big cake(and I LOVE cake!) donuts or cookies in the break room.  If you only allow yourself once every few weeks then you'll be okay! Every other Friday(payday too;)) I allow myself soemthing...coldstone, cake, some of my daughters cookies, otherwise I would go insane and binge eat!

I gained 80lbs with my daughter, it is nice to see someone else who gained another person during pregnancy;)

I hope it is not too late to join!

I am 5 feet (i think i am the shortest one on here~) and 111 lbs.  I would like to lose 11 lbs.  I lost 30 doing the south beach diet and I still follow the basics but I also count calories too.  I have been stuck at this weight for over a year now and it is time to get rid of it!

Can't wait until the weigh in!:)

I am 5 feet

111 lbs

goal is 97-102 lbs

I was doing 1200 calories a day but that seemed to not do anything so I am trying the zig zag approach this week.  I eat heathy, whole grains, veggies, fruit.  No white flour, bread, or pasta, just whole wheat.

I work out 5 -6 times a week 1 hour long cardio sessions 3-5 times and weights 2 times a week for 50 mintues

Being so little how many calories are you all eating.  I work out about 5 times per week so I try to eat around 1300 but I do not think I am losing anything.:( I am 110 and would love to weight 100 lbs, I am 5 feet even.

I am 5 feet and I weigh about 110.  I felt my best at 104 2 years ago.  As far as measurements go, my waist is 23 and hips 33 1/2  so I have a pear shape
