low carb is good first the first phase of ur diet but in the ong run ur gunna neeed all the carbs in a balanced diet.....so that will work for now but in like a month from now incorporate sum carbs

bla bla bla lol ive lost 70 lbs since ive been on that p90x n cc n i was 266 now about 190 even at my heaviest i did this n i was only running 45 min like 4x 5x a week....n i wasn't hungry i at alot just chix lettuce tomatoes but basically high protein .... i mean maybe go up to like 1300 but i like 12 n a big trick for me is don't eat like 2 hours before u go to sleep so when ur sleeping ull be burning fat n wake up nice n early to eat...........no pain no gain......

i would cut it down to 1200 a day with one  "cheat" day or better yet cheat meal........ cut out the the white flours n be strict for like 4 weeks then after that u wouldve lost a good amount of wieght.........high protien  turkey chicken high fiber

well ive lost like 60 lbs living on not eating like 2 hours before i go to bed becuase if u go to sleep on a empty stomach...or even a lil hungry is good becuase u have all night to burn calories in your sleep n burn fat n it also wakes me up early to eat a breakfast...........i have a long day schedule till 12 midnight so i eat like an apple at like 11 or 1030 becuase i kno illl be giong to sleep at like 1 n waking up at like 10 so i hate eating less than 2 hours befoe sle0ep...............best time to be hungry is in ur sleep right?!?!?!?

yea i am trying to eat more ihad a few servings more here n there to make sure i am atleast getting 1200 a day but wat are some other good carbs???

i started at 266 n now i am at 225 just doing cardio....really no wieght lifting just maybe once a week...but mostly just cardio 5x week 40 min drink  lots of water eat every 3  hours n not before 3 hours go to sleep its worked wonders......

ok so im going to try that then im going to eat more grains n more veggies.......n it took me a total of 6 monthes to loose 40 lbs...i just wanted loose body fat then bulk up should i just do do both aat the same time??

so ur saying if i eating more calories than i am right now n do the same workout routine that has been helping me loose all my weight ill still loose the same amout or itll be healthier or wat??? n maybe a few lunch time suggestions n  maybe breakfast i just am scared to eat like bread n eggs n red meat stuff like that
