Yea, mercy_bobcat, thats was what I was thinking. I dont actually measure because I just like taking out the jar and quickly putting some on some bread and im a kid so i dont really want to measure anyway. But bascially Im estimating the tablespoon but i may be way underestiamting or way over estiamting..... i really dont know......

I say if shes fit enough to do it then yes she can do it. If shes not that fit and pushing her body too hard then no she shouldnt be doing that and should sart with less. So it mainly depends on how healthy she is now.

I do a lot of running but i know that i can do a lot so....... not nearly as much as her though.

Well I personally dont think they get bigger, i just think that now that the muscle is showing the muscle is just more bolder to see.... if that makes sense.

If oyu really want an exact number then go to a friends house or a gym or doctors and weigh oyurself there then go home and comparre the weighs. then youll know if its right or wrong

I would order the salad bar. The salad bar has a make oyur own salad and tons of toppings and a varitey of fruit and some chicken/potato salad. Its all oyu cxan eat to so you can get as much of it as you want and almost everything there is healthy.

i run on my treadmill in my basement. its really good because its nice and private and air conditioned

I HATE MY ACNE !!!I get it all the time! I mostly get huge breakouts across my forehead because i exercise a lot and the sweat makes my forehead dirty. I wash it right after but it doesnt do much.

I say to eat it. I know that its not the most healthy thing in the world but having a treat once a week to a correct portion is actually good for you. It helps you not feel deprived and may help aviod a binge. Eat it.

If youre afriad of feeling guilty abotu it you could always cut it in half and only eat half.

I dont think those are signs. I think a better type of sign would be if you feel guilty after everytime you eat. Even that doesnt mean much but i really dont thinl youve got anything to worry about

Buy an exercise ball and do sit-ups on that. You should get double the results becasue you can lean farther up and you can actually lean back. The instructions on how to do it come with the ball

Try a Lean Cuisene. Theyre normally between 180-340 calories. They might not be filling enough though.

Me too!!! Every week my mom buys 1 watermelon and cuts it up. By the end of the week my family and I have devowered that watermelon! I dont eat it everyday cause we also eat like canulop, honeydue, pinnapple, and things like that but over the course of one day i probably  eat about 3 cups of chopped up fruit. I have eaten a bunch of watermelon at one time though. Its yummy! Since its fruit I dont think its bad but i really have no idea,

I know excatly what you mean, but I think you need to read more teen weight articles. I use to think like that too. My mom fixes dinners like that every night. Its normally meat with noodles and veggies and fruit. Id try to eat as little as possible during lunch casue I knew dinnner would be big. But actually waiting only made me more hungry and sometimes i ate more then i would have because i felt so hungry .Plus 700 isnt alot. I thought it was too but it really isnt.

Normally, its for one week every month, but everyones is different.Skipping a few is normal too. Most get cramps and bloating during the 2 and 3 day which is when its heaviest( when alot is coming out at once). To help with cramps I would say dont exercise too intense and drink a lot of water.Try to rest. You can try asprin if your parent thinks you need it. Pads are easier to use but you can feel them more.You cant feel tampons and you can wear them in the pool but they you may not feel comfortable putting them in. My advice would be to go to the bathroom often and change your pad/tampon often. Wearing clean ones will make you feel more comfortable. Talk to a girl adult abotu it and ask them questions.

My story is that when I first got my period I was at camp and all my camp counsloers were boys. So I went into the bathroom and stayed there in there for 2 hours until my mom picked me up.

I run on the treadmill at the speed of 7 miles per hour and go down to the speed of 2 miles per hour every .5 , then i walk for about .05 for each time and then contuine to run. So its like run, very short walk, run, short walk. After abotu 55 mintues you should have burned about 800 calories

I'm in 8th grade too. What i do is i eat very sweet tasting foods. Like I eat strawberries and stuff like that. Or I eat something healthy but add a little junk to it to make it taste better ...like bananas... I put peaunt butter or choclate smoothed across a banana and freeze it. Then later when its cold i eat it. Just don't add too much extra sweets. And I let myself eat something junky once a week to a good portion like 1 slice of cake. And finally I eat a cake or ice crea mat parties and holidays just to a good size and then i dont feel like i never eat it
