So what do you think is really going on?? Who is Jacob? And why did Ben not want to go into the cabin? Also in a couple of episodes ago, Ben said that they changed the rules? What are the rules??

Does anyone know why Richard has not aged?? Remember in the first flash forward Jack was saying to Kate that they have to go back. It seems like on the island mircules happen but off the island in the real world things start spirling out of control And what's up with the "whispers" when Hurley's parents were throwing him a party??

Hi there. Stay encouraged. I know how you feel somedays. Some ways I try to decompress from a hectic day is light candles, take a long bath( which a bath with oatmeal may be good for you....son son has skin issues, and we have invested in the Aveno products. Also, journaling is good too. I have also learned about finding my center through prayer and meditation.

Hi there. They say never to go under 1000 calories a day. I would say to increase your activity level.

It is time to start a 30 something motivation group!!! I have to say....I have finally joined a gym and it is amazing now that you can turn on your ipod, and sweat and walk and enjoy a quick 45 minute brisk walk!!! I don't know about you guys.....but there is something about listening to 80's and 90's music while working out from Prince, Madonna, ( the old) Micheal Jackson and many others....has really helped me with staying on my quick pace! You all have to try it...and let me know. Especially listen to Micheal Jackson- the Wall album- PYT, Wanna be starting something.....man....you will be "groovin..and walking at the same timeWink

That sounds exactly like to place I work at!! I am trying to keep fresh fruit on my desk at all times, strawberries, apple slices( fat free or sugar free caramel sauce), pudding and 100 cal packs are FAB!!!!

The best is the old Micheal Jackson Albums- On the Wall, Thriller and Prince- 1999 records. Those will get you moving!!! They work for me!

I discovered a really healthy option for pumpkin muffins, and they are really easy-

1. 1 can of pumkin

2. 1 box of spice cake mix- I prefer Dunkin Hines

3. 1 cup of water

 

Mix if all together, pour in cupcake tins and Bake for 10-13 minutes at 350.

They are very high in fiber and low in cals!

I know what you mean I have a sweet tooth too! But there are some better options from Weight Watchers, there new-- Chocolate Chip Cookie, which are really good, also the 100 cal pack chips ahoy and oreo cookies are really good too!Smile
