I top my cooked banana bread Weight Control oatmeal with 1/2 cup of Fiber One.  VERY filling!  Tons of protein and fiber, LOW in sugar, and only 220 calories!  If I wanted more protein I would add a hard boiled egg.  I find mixing cereal with other things works best for me.

I'm an X-ray Tech and we do Upper GI (gastrointestinal) Studies as well as Gastric Empying Studies in Nuclear Medicine when the stomach is not emptying properly.  You may have something called "gastroparesis".  There is a link from the Mayo Clinic just to give you some info on it.  http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gastroparesi s/DS00612

Running takes practice.  The more you run, the easier it will be.  As far as breathing.. in through your nose, out through your mouth.  Say that in your head as you are doing it.  This works especially well when you are having a cramp.  As you inhale through your nose, focus on expanding/stretching your stomach muscles, then contract them as you exhale through your mouth.  Works every time for me.  I've ran a half and full marathon so I think I'm a credible source =)

People who assume I am developing an eating disorder because I want to lose weight. Eating normal portions does not make me anorexic.

I get this a lot.  I just don't get it.....
