I also have to say that I agree with GI_Jane.  As much as I love spending time on the Internet and CC logging what I eat, it becomes incredibly time consuming (almost as much as the time I spend on Facebook!).  Spot checking works for me.

I've been trying to do a bit of both.  I'm loathe to say I'm dieting, but I don't to gain any weight, and if I do lose some weight so much the better. Sorry, its a bit ambiguous!  I have two goals, in 2 weeks I need to run 5km in a charity cancer run (which I have the ability and stamina to do), second goal is my wedding in 6 weeks time.  If I maintain my current weight then my dress will fit, if I lose any weight then my dress will look better.  By the way, I'm 5ft 1 and weigh 165 or so.

D'oh, forgot to post again last week.  Not lost any more weight but have been to the gym every weekday morning for the past 3 weeks.  Have more muscle mass than wobble and am very pleased by that!

Mars bar or Cadbury's Dairy Milk with a bag of Salt & Vingar crisps.  Sweet and salty/savoury all in one delicious mouthfull.  Haven't eaten this in a long time though...

Have to agree with the Cheesy Chips at Outback Steakhouse.  They rule!

Any cheese that states it's half fat, low fat or no fat.  Disgusting, and so not worth it.  You can't even cook with it.  One of the joys of having a cheesy crust on something is that it goes stringy when cooked, not solidifies into concrete.

In fact, no-fat anything is a waste of money.

Forgot to post last week, but have now lost 2 more lbs.  So that's 5 in total.  I've also lost 2% of my body fat (I love my fat calculating scales), so I think I've gained more muscle, especially as my clothes are now looser AND I'm getting comments at work about how slimmer I'm looking!

Whooohoooo!

Yippee - group dieting works, and works better when you're not paying someone to stand on their scales.

I've now lost 3lbs!  Down to 166 (or 11 stone 10 lbs).

I've also joined a gym, managed to run 5km, have a personal training session booked for Friday, and am feeling good!  Laughing

Not the best of weekends, and forgot to post my weight yesterday.  But I haven't gained any, so am happy with that.  Also managed to go for another run (and saw the swans with their cygnets swimming around the dock, so the run was worthwhile!).

Still 168.

Here's to next week...

Count me in.

I'm 5'1", currently 168, want to lose 10lb and more and want to lose the "and more" by my wedding on 10 August this year.

Chest 36
Waist 32
Hips 40

All need slimming down and I run and do yoga.
