i'm so sorry. i honestly wasn't trying to trigger others and definitely am not pro-eating disorder. please believe me when i say i know in reality and rational thought there are no 'benefits' to an eating disorder. i'm really sorry and regret posting how i feel. it was never my intention to trigger people. i deleted my post and perhaps you could delete the part of my post that you quoted for the sake of others? i sincerely apologise, i'm such an idiot.

feel like this was way too much for me. i'm pretty short and it doesn't take much for me to gain even with exercise. then again, the quicker i get there the better i suppose.

B: 1/3 cup oats, small banana, 1 piece raisin toast.

S: whole milk cappuccino (they messed up the order. i still drank it though)

L: 2 pieces wholemeal bread. 2 tsp peanut butter. 100g marinated tofu, and salad. 1/4 cup soymilk + coffee.

S: 200g plain yoghurt, 1/4 cup granola. Supplement drink. 1/4 cup soymilk +coffee.

D: 200g baked beans. Sweet potato, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms.

S: Apple, 4 strawberries, 1 date. 1/4 cup soymilk + coffee.

S: (will be) supplement drink.

total=2575 round to 2600

have no idea why I drank so much coffee today.

A: is for Apple, what is your favorite variety? Pink lady

B: is for Bread, regardless of nutrition, calories or whole grains what is your favorite type to have a nice big piece of? tie between raisin bread and one with lots of grains :)

C: is for Cereal what is your favorite kind currently (just one pick) apple cinnamon granola <3

D: is for Doughnuts, you might not currently be eating them but what kind do you fancy? i guess just normal cinnamon? really not into them that much, never have been. prefer a muffin!

E: is for Eggs, how would you like your prepared? don't really like them

F: is for Fat free, what is your favorite fat free product? if fruit/vegetables don't count, plain yoghurt.

G: is for groceries, where do you purchase your at? just the local supermarket..

L: is for lunch, what was yours today? it's 10:30am. not sure yet.

M: is for Milk, what "variety" do you like (flavor, source, etc): fat-free soymilk. occasionally skim if i'm at a coffee shop

N: is for nuts what kind is your favorite? basically all of them... almonds, walnuts, cashews, pine nuts, peanuts (even though they're a legume..shh)

O: is for onions, do you eat them? definitely

P: is for protein, what is your favorite source? this dodgy-looking packaged satay tofu...a bit of fat, but 16g protein and it was so amazing! tofu in general. also, baked beans.

Q: is for quiche, what 4 ingredients would you like in yours? mushrooms, spinach, red capsicum, onion

R: is for restaurant, where is your located and what is its names and type of cuisine? don't have a favourite, prefer to eat at home

S: is for spices, name 4 that are in your kitchen right now that you have used in the past 5 days? curry powder. salt (if it counts). cinnamon. haven't actually been using many :/

T: is for trick or treating (in a dream world) what 5 candies does your bag contain? peanut butter cups. dark chocolate m&ms. jersey caramels. plain old milk chocolate pieces. mini 'bounty' bars.

U: is for Universal, what is your favorite type of cuisine from around the world? i guess i haven't tried many..

V: is for vitamin, do you take them? if so what kinds? yeah, but only because I have to. i'd rather not. just a multivitamin + thiamine

W: is for water, do you drink bottled, spring, tap, sparkling still, etc? just tap.

X: is xtra special dinner, your making one tomorrow night, whats on the menu? sweet potato fries... corn... veggies & peanut satay sauce...

-I ate more calories at school than I have been able to there for a long time.

-I've been eating fats from nuts each day.

-I increased the size of my breakfast.

-I ate my whole lunch, and I ate it with people around.
