fidget- i'm so sorry. i honestly wasn't trying to trigger others and definitely am not pro-eating disorder. please believe me when i say i know in reality and rational thought there are no 'benefits' to an eating disorder. i'm really sorry and regret posting how i feel. it was never my intention to trigger people. i deleted my post and perhaps you could delete the part of my post that you quoted for the sake of others? i sincerely apologise, i'm such an idiot. |

feel like this was way too much for me. i'm pretty short and it doesn't take much for me to gain even with exercise. then again, the quicker i get there the better i suppose. B: 1/3 cup oats, small banana, 1 piece raisin toast. S: whole milk cappuccino (they messed up the order. i still drank it though) L: 2 pieces wholemeal bread. 2 tsp peanut butter. 100g marinated tofu, and salad. 1/4 cup soymilk + coffee. S: 200g plain yoghurt, 1/4 cup granola. Supplement drink. 1/4 cup soymilk +coffee. D: 200g baked beans. Sweet potato, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms. S: Apple, 4 strawberries, 1 date. 1/4 cup soymilk + coffee. S: (will be) supplement drink. total=2575 round to 2600 have no idea why I drank so much coffee today. |
