When i am trying to gain muscle. I eat 1 small whole grain breakfast. 1 low sugar, low calorie, soy drink. With enriched calcium and 1 vitamin. and 1 piece of fruit.

I have 1/2 a protien powerbar for snack.

Lunch (healthy something, salad without dressing, etc...)

1/4 protien powerbar for snack again.

Dinner, (whatever is being made)

1/4 protien powerbar for snack again.

I carry a protien soy drink, low cal, low sugar. Or another protien enriched drink.

I carry an extra powerbar incase i miss a meal, or get really hungry.

 

- remember if you eat, small amounts often, your body things your eating more often. Stop even if your still a little bit hungry and go excersize. Do 20 reps with each weight. or 200 sit ups, etc.

After you shouldnt be hungry. The feel good vibes from your excersize will take away the feeling. When you are hungry again, have a snack.

Limit, fats, sugars, or low nutrition foods.

Excersize for 2-4 hours a day. While sitting in class or at work, apply pressure against a desk or wall, and clench your muscles, tighten so you can feel them grow taught and hard. Repeat.

 

It builds muscle drops fat, and puts you in great shape for sports

fat doesnt make you fat.

sugar, calories, do.

Your body converts sugars carbs, calories( yeah energy)

into more broken down sugars. This is not fully used up gets stored as fat.

 

If you eat less that you require you lose fat. Unless your body goes into starvation mode... (another subject though)

 

No it wont make you fat, but it is not good to eat lots of junk food. Jack and the box has a history of food poisoning and deaths. (google it i swear)

Its helpful, but unfortunatly im not allowed by two doctors and my x-rays to run, or jump.

But i still need to stay in shape. I can do about 4 sets of 300 sit ups,  and im trying to find more non - knee exersizes.

 

The tendons in my knee due to the injuries i sustained rub against the bone causing pain, and swelling, also bleeding if i do it to much. I took pain medication, and ran a 3 mile run in about 20 minutes, and after i had a bruise around my knee that was black and blue for 1 week (bad idea).

 

But so is the only way to lose weight also losing a lot of muscle?

Is there a way to lose a equal amount of fat and muscle?

 

Also: I checked I consume when not excersizing about 1100 calories a day.  Excersizing i eat specific foods... which makes about 2500 calories.

But being off sports, right now... Im eating 1100 calories and over the 6 months im just in training, I expect to weigh in naturaly at about 105 lbs. But i want to speed up that process, and still keep myself in good shape. My recovery rate, had shot up. Along with my heart rate. Which was normaly about 60-64, and now is at 70. (that doesnt seem like much) but that means, my heart beats: 8640-14400 times more in 1 day.

Im starting to get out of shape. Yes, I swim, but im actualy a rather bad swimmer. My muscle mass to fat, and bone density mean that instead of floating like normal. (normal people are about (2% or less) less dense than water or something like that. So most people float a little, close to the surface. I happen to sink :S

But yes, i guess i will need to start swimming. Thanks for the great suggestion.

Hmm (its not based on what i chose... to eat im just really really busy today)

1 leanpocket our of the microwave

1 3/4 cups Soymild

1 original jamba juice

1 propel

1 bowl of stirfry/rice about 1 and 1/2 cups

1 piece of toast with jam :)

 

I have an orchestra performance, 3 tennis lessons, 3 team sessions, 1 10 hour a week volunteer job, 2 essays, to memorize my lines for romeo and juliet to do this week. This isnt even as bad as my fall and winter, lol this is my off season... and 1 poster on africa

 

YAY wish me luck I really shouldnt be on here righ now... :S

But yeah
