No, gatorade is not bad to drink when your exercising and involved in sports. THe reason is because when you exercise you lose lots of fluid from through sweat, so drinking plain water may cause electrolyte disbalance. So it's better to drink gatorade because gatorade is specially made for exercise, and it includes sodium, other necessary electrolytes. 

Personally, i believe artificial sweetners aren't really good for the body. IT's better to be natural, sugar is natural. ALso, all these diet drinks aren't really good for you. Sometimes it's better to focus on the natural foods and drinks and forget about the calories. Don't let the thought of calories consume your life.

IT's possible...but that would be one LARGE breakfast.. Everything is possible...but it's not good.. Personally, i would feel very heavy and than  i would go for a nap in the morning...but i also think it's not healthy or good because you would have a large spike of glucose levels in your blood and than it would go down and you wouldn't feel very good.

alot of people say that drinking diet soda will make you gain..

i would recommend quitting diet soda, try adding lemon into your water to make it more tasteful, start drinking iced tea, or iced coffee...so good... or just start training yourself to drinking plain water.

But i would highly recommend quitting diet soda.. just think about what it does to your teeth!!! ruins your enamel!!! Or think about it this way, your drinking just a bottle of chemicals!!

Yes, i think it's rude when people come to birthday parties and bring their diets along. (not eating after 7, etc.) It makes other people uncomfortable!

Hypnosis and therapy is not worth it!!!

I do not recommed it and i hope you choose not to!

I agree with Gi-Jane "adopting a healthy life style" for life! Diets do n't work, but living healthy does.

Stop going out to eat and when you do, choose healthy foods, like a salad, a snack wrap.

Stop eating packaged foods, and start cooking your own. Mashed potatoes, salads, etc.

Substitute foods. low fat yogurt ice cream instead of whole.

Eat five small meals a day.

Talk to me. I'll be your diet buddy!

But whatever you do...don't do hypnosis. Your stronger than that! You can do it! you can do whatever you set your mind to! Believe in yourself!

And also, don't forget..Just because you eat something unhealthy, or binge...it doesn't mean you fell off the wagon. it's okay to be sometimes "bad", your not bad, your just enjoying for once something good. Don't feel guilty, there's always tomorrow to go back living healthy!

Don't listen to your mother, but listen to your doctor. Sometimes mothers are in denial and ignore major signs. You are underweight and lost 3 pounds!! That is not good, at your age you should be gaining weight.

You may stunt your growth, delay puberty, cause some bone problems, as well as with your heart, stomach, and liver. Don't do this to yourself. i know "beauty takes pain," but you don't want pain for the rest of your life; brittle bones, pain everywhere, pills, etc.  Think about it. 

By the way, i am your height 5'4. Starting high school i was 109, (suffered from anorexia) and after 4.5 years, i gained 21 pounds. I stayed the same height, still slender, don't have excess fat anywhere, like juggly  arms, no belly, (actually flat).  

So, basically you will gain weight because your are growing. you will a little bit of weight from building bone density, from muscles and etc. 

So worrying about your weight, will only cause problems at your age.

The only reason young teenagers want to lose weight when they are already skinny and fit is because they have an ED problem that they haven't acknowledged or refuse to acknowledge.

Now for those who are reading this who do have an ED problem, i just want you to know that you have a mental disease that needs to be acknowledge and helped with. This ED problem will affect you and those around you for worse. 

Becoming more skinny will eventually make you depressed, lower your self-esteem, etc. You don't become more confident and feel good.

For the normal teens, like myself currently, losing excess fat and toning up will make you feel confident that you don't have flab hanging, your legs aren't juggling when you walk, and feel better becuase when you sit you don't feel the extra roll on your tummy, and you don't feel bloated and stuffed.

I love Red Cabbage Soup!  I love sauerkraut to! The way we make cabbage soup contains alot of veggies: Onions, beans, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, tomatoe sauce, but no meat. Perhaps something else, but i can't remember it off the top of my head.  I love this soup. in russian, we call it Borsh.

Sometimes.. i think people listen to others, but then do it their way..

if not their way, the easy way...like surgery.

digigirl-  no i actually mean gallstones. My parents are very well-educated, and they have been doing this for several years,  it really gets the gallstones out. I'm also entering the medical field as well. science is my favorite subject.

Trustwomen- our body has been created amazingly brilliant. every organ, every tissue, every cell we have, has a purpose. taking an organ out, to solve one problem, well also create other problems as well. although, eventually, there's nothing you can do but to have the surgery. i take surgery as the last alternative. Surgery is something you do when  you have tried everything else...if she/he tries what i have offered as an alternative...and it doesn't work after at least 3 tries. she/he should have the surgery.

Remeber, Bile is a neccesity. you need it for better digestion of your fat.

Before you can increase your fat, you must do something about the gall stones. THese stones are blocking your ducts from your liver and from the pancrease. The importance of the gall bladder is that is stores your bile,  and you need bile to emulsify your fat. You cannot increase your fat intake, unless you have bile to emulisify it in order to digest your fat. 

Unless you do something about the gallstones, they will contine to increase in number. The gallstones that are blocking your duct are blocking the bile that is collecting, causing it to concentrate, thus calcifing.

It's all in the genetics, how active her tyroid gland, and how fit she is. The more fit she is, the higher her metablic rate, thus, the more she can eat.

HEY!

I think i can help with your gallstones. Do this before considering surgery.  For three days, don't eat ANYTHING, but drink apple juice the healthy kind to maintain your blood glucose leves.

On the third day, in the evening, mix extra virgin olive oil with lemon juice, proprotional to each other, to make one cup. drink this slowly, every 15 minutes drink a little bit.

This should help empty your gall stones, unless they are like HUGE! and blocking the duct.

THis is no joke, it really works, i know people who cleanse themselves twice in a year, and they even offered to show their stones in the bathroom, but i refused to look. :)

After the cleansing, for a week, don't eat fatty foods or high in proteins, but just like vegetables, and fruits.

If this does not work the first time, repeat after several weeks.

!!!TRUST ME IT WORKS!!!
