Peanut butter isn't bad for you at all. Just work it off later. It has monosaturated fats which ease up your blood flow, making it easier on your heart. It aslo fills yyou up. |

To be honest, if you're active, I really wouldn't worry about calories. I sure don't, and I've lost around 50 pounds. Otherwise, yes, there are many bagels that are around 150 calories, but in my opinion are just too small. |

| Young Calorie Counters | on the brink of an eating disorder? | Jun 10 2008 06:08 (UTC) |

Wow that is the exact same for me. I'm 15, was 168 in September (yes, very overweight). After several months of eating all healthy foods, running and working out alot, I'm not 129, and have gained ALOT of muscle, so I've probably lost even more fat than I can see. I'm EXTREMELY happy with my body, but sometimes I just get in a low mood. Alot of the time, my friends/family say I'm too thin, too skinny. But it seems to be working for me as of now, but I sometimes am worried it already has become an eating disorder. |

| Health & Support | Stressed and need to get back on track! How do you guys do it? | Jun 10 2008 04:57 (UTC) |
|
Just recently I went on a bit of a splurge. Luckily I stayed VERY active during this. What I've done, first off is just cut out all fats again. I've made sure no one pursuades me to eat junk again. I went about six months without even touching it, then to just splurge, I was so stressed and disappointed in myself. What I've done is just told myself in another six months (Christmas time :) ), I can eat whatever I want, to some conditions, obviously. But this is working, and I haven't been craving anything, and got way back on track. |

If I wer eyou I'd exercise alot more. I exercise about two hours or more every day. Also weight train. I never had this problem though, so I could be wrong.
Weight training and I run every day and I lost over fifty pounds. |

I would get out of there once the cookies are out. The smell would be enough to make me have one.
Lately I've just been wanting some junk food. I think i might do it. I'm happy with what I've done, aslong as I exercise and such, I should be good this summer.
I'm craving some sort of BERRY pie or apple pie, and for some reason licorice. |

I usually plan it out perfectly. Just today though, I was too hungry. I went for a nice 6KM run though, so I had a piece of pizza. I feel like crap now, to be honest. I find if I can skip the crap my buds eat, I just feel alot better. |

I've been weight lifting for about six months aswell as running, and counting calories. I've lost about 60 pounds of fat, and gained much muscle. So to be honest, no, I really don't think it matters. |

Every day I eat for Breakfast two bowls of Special K Vanilla Almond with 1 % milk. My question is should I be switching to Oatmeal? Only problem is, should I go with oatmeal packets or make my own, but if I do that, I add sugar and milk.
For lunch, A sandwich, apple, banana, strawberries
For Dinner, Fish or Chicken. |
