chocolate brownies. flapjacks. custard. ice cream. dominoes pizza. garlic mayonaise. whopper burgers. lemon flavoured icing on cakes. burger sauce (think its ketchup and mayonaise) on chips in pitta, thats 'london-speak' for a pitta bread cooked covered in chips and then maybe cheese or burger sauce. ahhhh...

also hot chocolates with whipped cream. sandwiches with three layers, frothy coffees with caramel on top. chinese food, chicken tikka masala, pashwari naan bread, bagels with cream cheese.

im 5''8- 9 (havent measured in years i thought i was 5''8 and everyones like no seriously your TALL)  and i weigh 127.

I'm trying to lose weight as i used to be 119 and this was perfect weight for me at a uk10 (us4) and im now a uk12. not good. also my weight piles on my belly and hips so my arms and legs are relatively thin too.

I wouldnt consider myself skeletal at all at this weight. rather the opposite. you can definately pinch an inch off my belly...(and hips. thighs, upper arms!..)

It depends on your bone structure and how you carry your weight i think!

That is SO me.

I do that too. if my boyfriend says something looks good on someone else I'll see how I can make it work for me because you never know until you try, you might look amazing!

Also when I see women dressed up, or shopping, or on the train, anywhere really, I'll think to myself, why didnt she wear a blouse instead of that strappy top and she would look fabolous in red. And if he hairs great, I may recreate it at home (if I can) or copy her outfit.

I love being female!

Im changing my burn meter as I think it needs to go the next level up, thats so right.

Im drinking more water now.

And I too love tuna i forgot how much I love a brown pitta filled with tuna, Its my lunch tomorrow now!

Hi I'm really glad I found this post!!!

i have the exact same problem!!!

I'm 5''8 and 19 years old. I weigh 132 pounds and am aiming to get down to 126. My burn meter is set at sedentary as I work in an office.

I'm burning an average of 1700 calories a day just being alive but also 1700 per week including walking to work (100 calories a day, 5 times a week) and in the gym (3x 400 calorie work outs). making a total burned 13600.

My eat meter thinks I should eat 1200 calories and I usually eat about 1300 in the week and 1600 at the weekend. Thats a total of 9700 for the week.

When I subtract 13600 - 9700 i get 3900 and divide that by 3500 I get 1.1lbs loss a week.

Is this safe and am I eating enough?

hi my calorie intake is set at 1200 because thats what the tool told me to set it at. i had it at sedentary because i sit in an office all day and the only exercise i get is walking to work for 15mins and back and then i go to the gym on 3 lunches and burn 400 calories each time.

should my calorie intake be higher?

i saw this post the other day as i was staring at a bag of doughnuts. i didnt feel i could write here that i resisted them until i actually KNEW i wouldnt touch them for the whole day. well there in the bin now and i reached my first goal of my calorie intake, that sounds so bad ive only just managed it but i feel happy as i now actually know how to measure food and how to say no. GGGOOODDD FEELINGGG !!!

hey im in england and its nearly 5 here so im going home soon.

As i dont feel hungry first thing i grabbed some brown toast on the way to work, and a large capri sun, which i know is full of sugar but it gives me energy to power walk. when i got in at about 8.45 il ate my two slices of toast with a cup of tea.

about 11.30 i had a mini jam doughnut, i know thats bad too, but hey it was mini! and it was a colleagues birthday so who wants to be boring!

about 1ish i had half of a salad, it was chargrilled pepper and and three bean salad which is a total of 48 calories.

i went to the gym at 2.30 and burned 330 calories, which isnt a lot i know but i only have an hour and that includes getting changed and showering so i end up with only 20mins on the treadmill and 5 mins on the bike.

when i got back i finished my salad. and had some pineapple which was 44 calories.

ive had just over 560 calories in total today. which is so good for me, usually im around 800 now, minus the gym!

how did i do?

i think your lunch sounds lovely by the way! I LOVE grapes! there excellent frozen too!

i dont get it. so you say u work out for 500 calories but cc gives u 80 calories for basic needs so really u only worked out for 420 calories. last night i ran out of calories so in desperation i went on my treadmill and burned 65 calories. if i take off my 80 calories then it equals -15. so really i would have gained. im really confused!!!!

I havent had any problems. Im not sure if it does anything but I feel like it curbs my appetite a little bit, even if it is tricking my brain its worth it as i signed up to the free trial and cancelled the debit, then i kept seeing them trying to gain back my custom with loads of emails, eventually i saw one for 2 months for the price of one, and so i thought to go for it. and i cancelled the debit after that.

i do think it kinda works, its all natural anyway so im sure it wont cause any harm. i hope!

why use a guy as your motivation? if u want a smaller waist do it for yourself only!

he sounds like a loser anyway saying that to you!

 

Even if u do get a slimmer waist I suggest that you show it off to another man who would most definately appreciate it a lot more then that ****!

i weigh 132 and im a size 12. how can you weigh 151 and be a size 8 or 10 thats so unfair im convinced it must be because you have a medium frame. its really annoying. so really i should be thinner if i had a bigger frame? im confused!

hi im english tooo!!! i work in london though so buget for me isnt an issue. its just how i can do the work lunches without the calories! im new on here and i think its brilliant, i love finding out the calories in everything i eat.

hey everyone.

im on the pink patch.

i got the free sample and they took my card detials, it was easy to cancel after. but then i got an email for a special offer and i got 2 months for the price of one. i rang up a week later and they said its fine to cancel the debit again.

im not sure if its the patches that made the difference or because i took up exercise but i did lose 6 pounds in a few weeks which isnt bad!
