Your body is probably in starvation mode eating your muscle for energy as we speak, thus making your body fat percentage increase... You have to eat to loose... Check for a message from the moderator.. That is crazy low calories. I reccomend doing a body fat test to see what all your numbers are www.bodyfattest.com .. Once you findout your resting metabolic rate and your body fat percentage can go from there... Good luck...

We top our cottage cheese with salsa then eat it with chips to get the added protein in... Also, if you like cilantro.. You can sautee some chicken (or use natural already cooked chicken breast) , some zuccini, and 1/2 cup cilantro and 1 cup salsa.. Add a bit of mozzarella cheese and you have a nice quick, healthy dinner.... |
