when i get a craving for chocolate, the 100 calorie packs are my best bet at not overdoing it but in reality they are WAY more expensive than the other snacks and are really just a waste of packaging. |

i take a vitamin supplement with caffeine in it. Its not necessarily a diet pill per se.. but... when i actually remember to take it, the caffeine in it gives me the energy to work out for extended periods of time without feeling so much fatigue so i guess inadvertedly it actually does help. |
