I sometimes fit stuff into my diet from fast food places if I must..a whopper junior..no cheese..no mayo..and apple fries. but a lot of people just frown on fast food because of the sodium..but it is nice to have a treat once in awhile if you can fit it in your calories!

I do like banana and peanut butter as well, but i like sugar free strawberry preserves just as equally. But I do agree that sandwiches are great and your instruction on making a PB and J is exceptional :)

It's not healthy to "lose 20 pounds ASAP". losing .5-2 pounds a week is the healthiest way to go.  i do about 60 minutes of cardio every other day...then strength train on the days in between that..there's no way to spot reduce and like a post said above "the fat will come off where it wants to" it's best to just hope for overall weight loss for the best permanent results

When I was younger i wouldn't even eat my food if it touched on my plate! I still move it around so it doesn't touch but i will eat it now if it touches. haha! i also usually put my fork down in between every bite i take

At being 5'7 almost 5'8" your BMI is almost clinically UNDERWEIGHT. you should never ever eat under 1200 calories a day especially if your doing 15 min of INTENSE exercise..im sure more people than just me will tell you this

I go through the exact thing! I live with 3 room mates and none of them care how healthy they eat. We go out to eat ALOT and they laugh when i order my burgers without mayo and without cheese, low fat dressings with salads and just oatmeal and dry toast for breakfast.  For Valentines Day one of my room mates brought home cupcakes and even wrote a note by them "Tina we dare you to eat one!" but since I've lost 30 lbs I take it as personal success.  They can sit there and eat their McDonalds but I will still take my celery and hummus anyday.  I think they are just upset because they wish they could do it :)

From what I hear, it is dangerous to have your deficit more than 1,000 calories a day, so if the case is you really are burning 3000 calories a day then yes, that would mean 2,000 or even possibly more calories you would eat a day.

I like the Sargento Light String Cheese snacks, but they are pretty high in sodium and saturated fat,  but the protein is good for you

I have tried the Blueberry kind and they are delicious! I think it's a good way to get fiber AND protein early in the morning when you don't have time to make breakfast! Oh yeah, I got them at Wal*Mart

From my past experience it's better to try to look for the brand, or where it came from dominos, pizza hut etc...

Your not supposed to eat under 1,200 calories at day at least, only 596 would be a starvation diet, so definately not right, if you fill everything in on this site they can tell you what is healthy, and cardio helps burn fat, but also do some weight training in there!

This is awesome. I for one, am definately not a size zero, nor will i ever be, but I have a cousin that is, and she eats more than alot of people I've ever seen, she just has a metabolism problem, some of the ways that other people portray others is getting completely ridiculous.  i would rather see a girl eat. i look at some of those women, and i want to take them to mcdonalds, gete them a big mac a supersize fry and a coke, i would never say that kind of look is fashion, it looks like hunger to me.

I think you do burn more calories if you sweat more, but it's probably not a super good idea to run when it's that hot, is it possible to wait until later?
