anyway Concerta SR has 16 hours of effective power where the Ritalin SR is only good for 3-4 hours and a pill versus a capsule, the capsule wins....

Now Iswanson1002 : Did anyone tell you except for the hair you lok alot like Ann Bancroft from "the graduate", wow....nice to meet you.

Nancy

Hi Nancy -  Just to let you know my son has been on Concrta for a while.  He's done really well on that and that just changed up his meds because he was on it for a bit and seemed to become less effective so we switched it up.

And no, no one has ever said Ann Bancroft!

Nice to meet you!

Hi Ladies!

I'm fairly new to this site. I've really been enjoying it.  I'm 44 y/o mother of 3.  Two of my kids are teens (Ugh...driving permits!) and my baby will be 2 y/o in 2 weeks.  I'm a lifer.  Been heavy all my life.  After I had the baby and she turned one, I no longer had "I just had a baby" as an excuse any more so my husband and I started on a weightloss journey last June.  I've lost 70 pounds and have about 20 more to go to where I think I will be comfortable, but I have been stagnant at my current weight.  That is why I joined here.  Logging what I eat and my activity, I am hoping will help me get serious again.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Being consistent is VERY important.  I have a 2 y/o at home and a 17 y/o and 15 y/o.  You could also try redirecting her when she has a tantrum.  If it is because she wants to go outside and now is not the time to go outside, find something else that might spark her interest inside and just start talking about it.  Works at our house!  Good luck!

Why in the world would the co-worker be commenting on your looks anyway.  You are not fat and the co-wroker needs to mind his own business!
