Oatmeal $4 Bananas x3 $1 Apples x2 $1 Lowcal bread or tortillas $2 turkey lunch meat $3 salsa $2 container of nonfat cottage cheese $2 brown rice $2-3 2 baking pots $1 frozen chicken breasts $8 frozen mixed veggies $2

The chicken may set you over maybe borrow a few bucks from a friend but this should get you through the week. I lived off rice and baked pots in college.

Do you have any discount grocery stores around you like grocery outlet or canned food wharehouse. You can defenitly get a weeks worth there for $20.

I'm 5'5 and 29 I've been eating 1350 most days :) I've been doing this for about a month. I started with alot of excersise 3-5 miles a day and some weights and at home pilates and balance ball stuff. Then I sprained my ankel and haven't been running at all. I've lost 11 pounds.

It all depends on how much your start weight is your activity level etc.. Did you try the burn meter on this website.

Anyway my point is it's different for everyone, 1350 may not be enough for you especially if you are starting at a higher weight or higher activity level.

Well I hope that was a help. I know it can be confusing.

I think woman of all shapes sizes and heights and weights have this problem. If our hair is straight we wish it was curly if were petite we wish we were tall. Anyway don't feel alone at some point in every womans life we feel this way too. I'm 28 5'5" and a size 2 and I still feel this way. I have massive stretch marks, I had twins five years ago, and my boobs are no where near as perky as when I was your age. I looke back and wish I would have just loved my body at that age because there are things now that I can't change with diet or exercise.

There are things that make feel great about my body though. First it's mine and I have the ability to do with it what I want it's one thing have control over. I mean that the more I exercise and eat right the better I feel. Not only when I look in the mirror but on the inside. I have more energy and I'm in a much better mood. Also when I'm really healthy it makes my self confidence go through the roof. I know that I'm doing the right things for my body, whether I look like a top model is besides the point.

Just a tip about boys too. Your friend doesn't notice all the little things that bother you about your body. Men I think are just excited to see a naked healthy woman whether a size 2 or 12.

I work at an applebees, steer clear of anything fried tons and tons of calories. I eat dinner everynight when I work, I usually eat off the weight watchers menu. The cajun lime tilapia is awsome. You would think a salad would be a good choice but not so much the case at the Bee. Most of salads have aditions like tortilla strips, crispy noodles, loads of sour cream, croutons, you get the point. Oh and all the salad dressings expecially the oreintal are loaded with fat.

So I usually have egg white omelets but this morning I had whole wheat english muffin with 3 cooked egg whites with lots of pepper, a meatless sausage patty, and a slice of nonfat cheddar cheese. SOOOOOOOO GOOD. Think egg mcmuffin with alot less calories, only about 300.
