Hey Dan, you're right this site is awesome for everyone. Here's me:
5'10 SW: 260ish (1/1/2008) CW: 217 GW: 180 I didn't actually start using this site till the end of May, I was at 245 or something at that point. I was losing like crazy from June till Aug kinda took a break for the last few months so I have to get back on the bandwagon. The good thing is thanks to this site I know what I should be eating so even during my break I gained maybe a pound. All I've done is eat up to whatever they tell me I'm allowed and do 30 min of stationary biking 3-4 days a week.

Regular old chicken is the most awesome thing ever. Throw some chicken in with whole grain noodles and some low cal pasta sauce and it's so delicious I can't even stand it. |

| Weight Loss | Unreasonably high goal weights... why? | Jul 29 2008 14:02 (UTC) |

Original Post by chelseagirl: This is exactly why progress towards any goal, even if it's still higher than what it should be should be encouraged. Once the person hits that goal they'll probably gain confidence and reach for a more reasonable weight with more success. |
