I am 5'4" and weigh 181. Last year I was at 150, which I felt good at that weight and wore a size 10, but then I hurt my knee and stopped working out and the weight quickly came back. I have been trying to count calories, but haven't done a great job, obviously, and exercise each day, now that my knee is better. I need motivation and help, too from cc buddies. My new goal weight is 130. My goal is to lose at least 2 lbs. each week. Good luck to everyone and please post me with any ideas, suggestions, questions, etc. I love meeting and talking to everyone! I really like Billy Blanks, but it seems like we do the same exercises in all of the different dvd's. So, I have gotten bored with all of them. |
