Hey! yeah i'm definitely glad you posted! i had forgotten about this group and i could use the support again for sure! I made it down to 139 a week and a half ago, and then to 138.5 last week...but this weekend, i had major cravings and im back to 141.5. so that's a little sad. mabye its water weight and such..but i doubt it, considering how much i ate. I am trying to jump back on the band wagon though and start excersicing again, but i could definitely use some motivation! It's not really about losing weight fast for me, because I want to change my lifestyle and keep it off forever....but the gain in weight just proves to me that i have a lot of work if i'm going to try and change my lifetsyle for good. Binge weekends cant continue. I am all about random binge days once a month or so, because sometimes you need that slice of cake and ice cream and hamburger...but not an entire weekend of it.

So hopefully everyone else is doing well! Report back with your success and mabye it will motivate me!

congrats mich0304, that is very exciting! And welcome dopechick! yeah, its always hard to stay motivated, but thats what this group is for! to help eachother. So this weekend was my friends 19th birthday (and in Ontario, that is the legal drinking age), so friends came into town and we ended up eating out a lot and drinking a lot. (with only walking and dancing as excersice.) So I'm hoping it didnt have too big of an impact on my weight, but starting tomorrow, I will be going back to the old eating and working out habits. Everyone needs their indulgences eh? Hope everyone had a good weekend!

alright, so I weighed myself first thing this morning before i ate or showered or anything..and i got 141.8! I have been using CC for around 3 weeks now, and have lost about 2-3 pounds, so I am happy with this progress! slow, but healthy changes. and Hey Mandy! welcome to the group!

my average is right around yours! and yes, this weekend may go slightly downhill because it's my friends b-day and so all the girls are coming into town for the weekend, and we havent seen eachother in a while. but as long as i dont drink/eat toooooo much, it shouldnt have too big of an impact.

Tomorrow is the big weigh-in day! Hopefully we are all pleased with what we see! if not..theres always next week haha

urbandecaay- haha yeah i got the idea to start this group from yours, but i wanted a group with people who had more similar stats than the other one..like us! cindy44- great goals! yeah my goal is to record everything i eat...even on bad days, because seeing the high number in calories will definitely encourage me to stick to my healthy diet. I also plan on fitting into my old size 4/6 skirts sometime this summer..or at least before winter hits! Hopefully, an added luxury would be to wear my old bikinis and actually look good in them again! right now, i dont feel comfortable in any bathing suit, which sucks because summer is just starting and im going to my cottage in like a month and a half. So do we want to share our weights on a weekly basis? I was thinking Thursday would be a good day, because its kind of in the middle of the week, and I know that some weekends I go out drinking with friends, or have an extra cookie, so my weight would probably be a little higher early on in the week. This way, it gives us a chance to drink lots of water and get back into our routine before the weigh in day. sounds alright to everyone?

you guys sound awesome! haha and i am pretty new to this website (also slightly computer handicapped) so I'm not too sure. I know you can 'Tag' forums to make them easier to find, but I dont know about joining. I think you just post on the wall and that means you've joined? Hopefully someone more experianced will join and tell us. So mabye once more people join, we can swap excersise routines/measurements etc

also, I will throw in my measurements whenever I get a measuring tape haha. Can you guys give me any good excersises (I do a lot of jogging and some workout videos), but I tend to get bored easily, and thats usually what makes me quit for a while.

Hey Ladies! I kept reading that you were going to close the group, so I'm hoping im not too late! I'm Sara , 19 and just finished first year of university. 5'4 and 145 pounds, and like a few others I am hoping to get down to 125/130. I was eating pretty well for the last couple of weeks, but had a slight binge tonight ( my house mates are all out on dates tonight, leaving me alone and single in our house = ice cream haha). But this group sounds really great and supportive, so hopefully you guys can help me kick those bad habits!
