I read it and found it to be comparable to my own on the wagon off the wagon dieting issues. She touches on the many different diets that I have tried - have done well on - and then yo yo'd back again. I find the Jenny craig chapter particularly humorous. It actually was a motivator for me to read her inner thoughts and know that I really am not alone in this weight loss struggle. As for skinny bitch, is it supposed to be a good one? Any other books you can recommend? Good Luck!! :) |
