I'm in the same situation...lost 60 lbs... doing it the healthy way...but deprivimg myself too much..now I'm a binger... ..i just open the fridge and take a "bit" of everything...feel full & even sick but just keep on eating..like it's the last day of my life or something s: ...So...gained 10 lbs back... I don't know how to motivate myself again...because everytime I do...It lasts 2 or 3 days and then I'm back on binging...and eating out of boredom...Even though I exercise 5 times a week...I feel terrible...and disappointed ... those 10 lbs were the hardest to lose!.... >.< ah... good luck.

^ yeah! Jícama with pineapple is DELICIOUS :3, here in Mexico its a very popular snack. i like spinach & a little lettuce with mango :3 yum!

aah! I can relate T_T! I lost 40 lbs in 2008... now I'm kinda having trouble with maintaining since march s: gained 7 lbs and not feeling motivated... not exercising....getting this horrible binge episodes where I can't stop eating even though I feel sick... and asdfff lots of drama. I know 7 lbs is not THAT much but...I'm kinda terrified of gaining back everything. though this week I decided I'll go back to my healthy eating habits FOR REAL. because during the last months I said it but didn't do it.... thankyou for making this post... the replies helped me too :3 we can do it!! :D

maybe I ought to limit my crystal light intake. I drink it to cut my cravings mostly... but then I just want more and more..and well, end up drinking more than I should. same thing with coffee... gee! >.<

I'm on the same boat... PMS-ing... been crying for everything, depressed...and above all: EATING. everything I saw today went to my mouth... I ate like 4,000 calories >.< worth of JUNK. pizza.. oreos, bread with butter... chocolate pretzels... and so on.. I feel sick and disgusting. yet I went downstairs and kept eating. then cried..and ate again. WTH?! I'm on maintainance in Weight watchers ..and this morning was weigh in..2 lbs UP... yeah yeah.. I know it's because of water retention and so on... but still..knowing that I'm up 2 lbs got me even more anxious and that's why I ate like a hyna today. i HATE PMS! but I'll try to jump back on the wagon. It's just ONCE a month, we can beat this sheez ;3

Ah! I can relate.. I've been doing terrible --ALL WEEK >.< binging... on junk food, candy,white bread..so on. feeling like a huge cow. I can't seem to get this "maintainance"..I feel like every bite I take of "bad food" will make me gain weight. Right now I ate a huge package of Ritz crackers. God, I missed them..but now I hate myself for my lack of self.control. T_T

here in Mexicothey sell some kind of corn-like tortillas made of nopal, which are 22 calories each D: I added them to my food list and they also get an A They OBVIOUSLY taste different at first, but now I love them!! And yeah, as mds86 said...once you get used to them, you can't remember the other tortillas :]

and! thankyou bubbles556 I'll take it as a learning experience,I'm usually prepared because I know I get the munchies...but I'll be double prepared for next month....also, I'll avoid weighing myself...until maybe next sunday. hope those 4 lbs are gone by then...or at least half of them. maybe because of my frustration I couldn't see the good side of this, the lesson. xD
ah! naiteru! :D yeah... tomorrow I'll get back on track too! tomorrow WILL be SO much better. I'm planning my day already, *not starving myself or anything* but just continue as if yesterday and today never happened! good luck to you too :]

*Ice cream. *pizza *Any baked good [cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies] argh!! those effin cinnabon rolls...730 sweet sugary empty calories! T.T, and oh! those chewy chips ahoy! 2 years ago I ate a whole package..one of those big ones..in like..2 days... >.< wth?! I mean, i felt sick and all, but i just continued eating S: binge or what? *anything that's on my family's new year's dinner[mostly mexican food]. *eggs with chorizo. *chocolate! and nutella! [haven't had nutella in forever...because I could eat the whole jar...like i did in the old days..feeling sick and all...continued eating] *coffee frapuccinos/chai latte's from starbucks... It's torture for me just getting the tall one... [of course I have a venti once in a while, it keeps me sane xD] *a subway-like restaurant near my house..there's NOTHING that I don't like! *anything that I can add BBQ SAUCE to it!
Mmmhmm.there are more...but can't remember right now...

OMG! mine are flattened pancakes too...i lost 73 lbs and now I've got the ugliest boobs ever... they were a big 38C almost a D, and now I'm a 32B... Looking forward for surgery T_T ...I'm 19 and extremely self conscious about the way they look.. stretch marks and all..

i LOVE mushrooms. cooked or raw, I'll take them :] my favorite breakfast: 3 egg whites with a cup of mushrooms[sometimes even more!], some green peppers and onion. kept me full for 4 hours or so =0 love it love it!

psh... you can get rid of it with excersize and eating healthy. :] me, on the other hand, had my appendix removed last summer and will ALWAYS have this weird pouchy look... ¬¬ just when I was starting to get a toned tummy...poof! now it's, well...weird looking, even my navel is different due to the incisions. xD so relax :3 you can improve what you don't like. and yeah, I understand your fear of eating... I 'm just starting to get over it. cheers. : D

age:19 Height: 5ft 3 weight: 122 lbs calorie target: 1400-1500 [maybe this is is not right.. o.o] *somedays..like saturdays I get out of control and eat like 2300* excersise: walk/joG for 40min, 4-5 days a week.
during october my %'s have been: Fat - 18.8% Protein - 25.8% Carbohydrates - 55.4%
But for the past months they've been pretty much the same.

well, you are underweight... so I'm now kinda worried about myself...my BMI is 21.4 and I haven't got my period since July S: I lost about 14 lbs during the summer,..eating and excercizing[sp?]....I didn't do it by starving myself. But still, I don't get my period. It's scary, because like I said, my BMI is normal.

same here :[ My calorie intake mon-sat is like 1300-1400, but on sundays.. Good Lord.. it goes up to 2600 *although supposely, to mantain I can eat about 2100 cals* D: and I worry TOO much and feel ashamed and disgusting, but oh well, i'll just have to start all over again on mondays... I'm on the last 10 lbs & haven't weighed myself for the past 2 weeks so I really don't know if it has affected me too much ..hopefully not >.< :3 good luck

*2 and half huge slices of pizza [peperoni, chorizo & mushrooms] *2 cups chocolate milk *2 cups of coffee with milk *lots of soda *oreos *4 tacos of eggs & chorizo *refried beans with cheese * pb & jellly sandwich w/ banana * lays chips *2 and half cups of lentil soup w/ bacon, green & red peppers
maybe not my worst ever..but it was today.. I just love carbs and chorizooo
went like 1500 cals above my target... T.T

if the scale doesn't go down this week..but stays the same..boy! I'll be grateful.
