5'3 and 105 ?
Okay so you aren't over weight. I'd imagine you keep binging because you're lacking something important in your diet. I really hope you aren't one of those pro ana nutjobs who are trying to weight 85 lbs. If you want to get rid of body fat then work out. You can eat real meals but the bottom line is you have to exercise if you want to lose fat. Stop starving yourself, and start appriciating what you have. I'm 210 lbs and I'm eating 1400 cals a day and working out everyday. I started this diet at 235 lbs so i know exercising works and i'm not binge eating because i dont deprive myself of anything. If you seriously only weight 105 pounds then you are not fat. Not even close. If you want to tone up, newsflash: you have to exercise. |

You should try downing a couple of high sugar fruits during the day, I know a large banana is like 132 calories or something. lol im the opposite of you, I always go over it seems im still hungry after I'd had my calorie limit. If you like avocado, try a cheese and avocado quesadilla, they are so high in calories and delicious. That will give you 500 calories right there without having to over eat. Or if you like meat, like chicken add some to your dinner with your cheese and tortillas. I'm not suggesting you eat foods that are incredibly high fat, but maybe since you're having such a hard time getting the calories you need..you should switch to whole yogurt and try not to eat diet food since you eat so little to begin with. Tastes better too :) |
