Original Post by kajikit: i drink all different kinds of tea at night i drink chamomile and during the day usually i like fruit and almond or irish breakfast. i also have been drinking out of a large mug. a typical tea cup size i would only use maybe a tablespoon of honey, if that. i just like to drink a lot of it and its easier to make one big cup instead of 3 small ones. i do enjoy the taste of tea and i'm not drowning it out because i want milk and sugar, if i did i would just have a bowl of sugary cereal. i just like tea and honey and i wanted a way to have it but with not so many calories. thanks for the input tho. |

i dont usually crave sweets after every meal, mostly just at night. i have started keeping diet soda in the house so if i want something sweet i have that. i will normally have like 1 or 2 glasses throughout the day and i have found my sweets cravings are much less. i have a HUGE sweet tooth and being a pastry student hasnt helped that! i also bought fat free frozen yogurt and it is delicious, i have 100 calorie slim a bear bars, and frozen sorbet bars and they are low calories so i feel better if i NEED a dessert. |

i love to have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and usually i will have it with either honey for the tea or flavored diet creamer, the creamer is sweet enough to not need sugar and it tastes so yummy! i love having a weight watchers bagel with some smartbalance spread on it or weight control oatmeal or a bowl of special k in the mornings. for lunch i usually have some sort of veggie like mushrooms or tomatoes or cucumbers and i make chicken salad with light mayo and a spice it up with some garlic powder and ground mustard(weird i know but its delicious!) other times if i had a late breakfast i will just have a veggie or a fruit like strawberries or bananas and maybe a light yogurt. dinner i usually splurge a little and have some pasta or grilled chicken breast or i will have a lean cuisine panini. they are so yummy and filling and the one i like is only 220 calories! night time snacks are where i run into trouble, i like to snack at night because i'm a night owl and stay up late but i try to keep my mind off it and if i get a craving i ignore it for 30 minutes to an hour and then i sometimes give in if i still want it. i love low cal frozen yogurt and those klondike slimabears are yummy. i also have cliff bars, smartpop mini bags, a small piece of dark chocolate, or some yogurt sometimes at night |

not everyone "goes" everyday. i lived with 5 other girls this past year and it was the first time i realized that people have all different routines. one of the girls went like 3 times a day and some once a day and then there is me...i go like 2-3 times a week. i have been told that is not normal but its how i have always been, whether i was eating healthy or "normal" or whatever is considered really bad. even when i was eating dining hall food at college, which is known to make people "go" VERY often, i still had the same routine. if you are feeling uncomfortable because you arent going to the bathroom you could try prune juice or if you are really desperate you could try a fiber supplement or drink or even try a laxative. i hope this helps! |

i just got home from college less than a week ago and i have decided to make the effort and lose all the weight i put on while i was in college. i think i gained about 50 pounds. i am short and VERY curvy, it runs in my family, but i am definitely overweight and need to do something about it because i hate the way i look.
age: 21 Gender: Female Current Weight:about 183 Height: 5'3'' ish Goal:i would love to be back at 130ish about as soon as i can but while staying healthy
i have some limitations so this is going to be HARD! anyone out there like me?? |
