I do not know where you are located in NC, but I found some today at local Food Lion in Greenville.  First time I even heard of the brand.  The zero calories caught my eye and they were on sale.  Decided to buy a bottle of salad dressing to try.

Foods Chocolate suggestions Jun 13 2008

Any kind of dark chocolate!

I love Ghirardelli Twilight Delight (72% Cacao). Although chocolate with that high of a percentage is an aquired taste, people either love it or hate it!  Citus Sunset and Toffee Interlude are also good with a lower Cocoa %. Citrus sunset is dark choc. with orange bits and caramel crunch and Toffee Interlude is dark choc. with crunchy toffee and caramelized almonds.  Can be found at supermarket, Walmart, drug store, etc...although probably cheapest at Walmart.

You really can't go wrong with Ghirardelli, Toblerone, or Lindt. Those are my favorite chocolate brands, however are not cheap like Hershey's, which is also always good.

Haha, if you can't tell I LOVE chocolate! =)

Reading through some of the other responses made me feel like a fatty because I have so many favorites and none of them are "healthy", except the fruit.  My sweet tooth always gets the best of me and I'm a sucker for all things not good for you...filling this out did not help my hunger, but I am sitting here eating a banana instead of leaving to get any of these goodies! Smile

This past week I was home for my brother's graduation.  I thought I was going to gain because it is harder to control what is available to eat, but I tried my best with what was around and I guess it paid off since I actually lost 2lbs.  I even had graduation cake too!

Probably too late for this but here's what I did when I had lunch at Applebee's a couple of weeks ago:

Got the pick two thing with:

-Shrimp & spinach salad.  Instead of the bacon dressing it comes with, I asked for no bacon at all and got honey mustard dressing on the side and it still tasted good!

-Tomato basil soup

I don't eat meat aside from fish so that really limited my options, of course -- but I think it wasn't a horrible meal.  I'd stick with soup over half a sandwich, though.

That's what I ended up getting!  The soup was so good, I have not had tomato soup in so long!  I stuck with the bacon vingerette, but just asked for it on the side and only used about half of it.  I tried to CC it all out in my logs to the best I could and it didn't turn out as bad as I thought!

Thanks for the suggestions!

I know you already went, but if you go again I suggest:

  • 1/2 Strawberry Poppyseed Salad - 90 cal, 1.5g fat, 3g fiber
    • Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple tidbits, Mandarin oranges, pecans and our fat-free Poppyseed dressing
  • 1/2 Med. Veggie Sanwhich - 300 cal, 6g fat, 5g fiber
    • Zesty Peppadew™ piquant peppers, feta cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cilantro hummus on our Tomato Basil bread.

With no offered side and water, I think it's a pretty good meal! Yummy too!

The fruit puffs are a wonderful trailmix extender... almost no calories to speak of (25 in 1/2 cup) and they help to stretch out the calorific things like the fruit... I haven't tried the yoghurt melts yet but they looked interesting too.

Is that what you are referring to?  I may have to get those next time I shop.  What flavors have you tried?

I  love the 100 calorie Smart-Pop packs from Orville.  I sometimes lightly sprinkle Old Bay or some other seasoning on it and give it a shake.  Very light and yummy snack! =)
