Well, Still stuck at 125....for the third week!  I guess I'm done loosing or it maybe my birthcontrol...or I'm just stuck.  Hopefully I won't be here too much longer....still working out and trying to eat well.

Well, I'm still at 125 but my stomache is getting smaller still.  I guess I maybe gaining muscle now.  Not a bad thing.  It's the weights I've been working out with for the first time in my life.  anyways,

I know exactly what you are talking about.  I have 5 left from the goal I've kept in the back of my head, I'm to the one I put on here originally though.  But yeah I want to quit too.  It's really hard when you've been at it for months.  And I've been yo yoing up and down.  So my average is 1 lb a week but now even that has stopped.  So who knows.

I hate the scale at my gym for some reason it ALWAYS says 10lbs more than I normally weight anywhere else.  I was at 126 on monday but gained a lb. so...

I hit 129 last week and stupid TOM sent me back up to 130 until today...ugh!  I guess at least it's gone again...and hopefully to lower #'s too!  Have a great day and congrats to the ladies with their current weights lower than their previous LW's!!! :)

Hey ladies, I guess I should put in my weights again for this week too.  Thanks for the comments as well.  I do seem to say still for a while and then loose some weight...I guess that's how my body is doing it.  But I'm looking better and that's what counts right?!  Wink

Thanks for the thoughts ladies!  I think I've come to the conclusion that I maybe able to loose a little more weight but my work outs are very intensive at least twice a week with a few other lighter ones.  So..I think that it may actually be muscle.  I've lost 3 inches off my midsection problem areas and my legs look the best they've every look(including before kids when I worked out a lot).  So...I maybe be trying for that # anyways, but I'm getting fitter and leaner!  Maybe I just need to ignore the scale as long as I like what I'm seeing.  RIght?!  I'm still going to stick around here anyways though.  YOu all are so nice and it's wonderful to hear women helping keep eachother on track with workouts and everything. ;)

Hey ladies,

   I've had a hard time the last few weeks.  I went down really fast 5 lbs(the first two weeks) and have pretty much stayed there, with the exception of water weight of course.  I have no clue what I am doing wrong.  I'm eating very healthy.  The lowest grade for the day I've gotten a B.  I've tried making my calories higher, no change(for a week).  Then tried zig-zag method for a week also.  I know I'd doing some really hard work outs but I shouldn't be adding muscle this quickly should I?  I mean I had like little to no muscle before having kids, so my goal may be a little hard to reach.  But I would like to at least be below 130, I'm stuck at 135.  Ideal weight 120-125lbs.  Any advice would be great.  Thanks!  I'm just getting a little discuraged.  And I think I'm looking better and a lot more toned, just no weight drop.

I don't know what type of thyroid disorder you have but my mom has hypothyroidism, and has had a very hard time until recently.  She joined weight waters and has already lost 14 lbs(in 2 months).  I don't really like supplements that trick your body.  Just eat more fruits and veggies, your cal intake will be less and you'll be more full as well.  And more water too...you can never get too much.  Good luck.

If anyone wanted to look into a pole class I'd highly recommend it!  I have one every week, they are kinda pricey but I love it.  My arms are getting really toned and legs as well.  My post baby bump is starting to go as well.  They really get some good work outs in there that are REALLY fun!  Plus you get to learn a routine you can use later. :)

Thanks for all the added replies and info.  I went online to see side effects and found a chatroom with lots of people talking about the BC I was on...same side effects I was having.  So...I cut down on the "salties" today for the most part and lost .5 lbs of the water weight.  So it's finally going down...it would just last for like 2 weeks before...that's just way too long!  Anyways, I'm going back to my old BC that had no side effect on me soon.  THanks ladies.

I went up to 7lbs with water weight last month..thanks to my birthcontrol.  So I quit taking it but still gained 3 lbs this month anyways...but it's way better than 7 right?!

I have an almost 3 yr old and a 1 year old.  Still have the belly which is why I'm on here trying to get rid of it.  I did loose all the weight from the 2nd one...but with the first I gained more than I should have...thank you drs for telling me I need to gain right with the charts!  ugh...well you are deff not the only one!

I do drink a lot of water...if I drink anymore I think I'll be in the bathroom all day.  That's why I'm confused with the whole weight gain every month.  I carry around one of those big gulp size insulated cups full of ice water.  I'm confused.

Thanks.  I'm sorry your son is or was sick.  It is frustrating trying to get things where we want them.  I was doing really good until yesterday, I'm aobut a week away from aunt flow and my weight keeps going up.  And that's on top of me doing the normal things I've been doing and loosing...ugh.  Anyways, I guess I'll just have a wait longer to weigh myself again.  Good luck with your son and the weight.  We'll all get there with eachother as support and motivation! :)

I got the preggo thing a few weeks ago, right around when I started loosing weight?!  What the heck!  Two people in the same day. ..very annoying when you think you're starting to look good.  I know I carry all my weight in the middle but it's not that much!  I've still got at least 10 baby lbs left too.  Thanks to my 3 and 1 year olds.  :)

I can't help you out there.  But I can tell you you aren't alone!  My husband got lite ice cream (chocolate) for me for the same reason.  Did you notice any weight issues with it also?  I'm up a lb, when I should be loosing.  Any advice?

Hi Ladies,

   I wanted to join you all!  I hope you all have room for 1 more!  :)  I just got below 140 I guess almost 2 weeks ago(when I started CC).  And I'm hoping to go from 136-27 to at least 125...120 would be the best.  I'm 24 and have a 3 and 1 year old.  So I'm still trying to shed the baby lbs.  Wish me luck and hopefully we'll all get to know each other well.  Good luck this week!  Hopefully I'll be able to get on here more to see how everyone is going.

Hey Ladies,

   I wanted to see if I could join  you all.  I'm in the 136-37 range and wanting to be at the LEAST 125 again.  I haven't seen that small a # since I started gaining weight with baby #1(I have two boys, 3 and 1).  I have been able to loose 5 lbs in the last two weeks.  But I think my body is stalling on me this week, nothing yet.  And I'm eating healty.  It's really hard to stay motivated!  But I am working out almost every day now too.  Which is way better than before!  Hopefully I'll get back my prebaby shape, just in time to do it for the 3rd and last time!  Good luck to you all!  Hopefully we'll all be talking a lot.

Congrats!  Some how addmitting I'm on a diet to my friends helped too!  Then they all realized they could help me by checking on me and seeing how it's going.  They also are really excited for ANY progress you make.  It's a huge boost to keep going!  I just started last week and lost 3 lbs.  If I can do it(I'm a big foodie) anyone can.  Good luck.

If you eat a healty diet even at 1200 cals a day you won't be hungry.  I know it sounds hoaky but that's exactly what I'm doing.  I have original shredded wheat in the morning, a smoothy 3 hrs later(just fruit and 1/2 cup milk), a sandwich for lunch with a 0 cal soda, a rice cake if I want to munch, and lots of veggies or a salad for dinner sometimes with a little rice.  Most of the time I still have cals left for sherbet or something like that.  It's easy if you're eating the right foods.  Good luck!  OH I've only been doing this for a week and I can see results already, and my husband noticed it too!

hey ladies, I guess I just joined today.  I've been trying to loose weight since I had my second son...and my body really likes to be about 140, when I was a 118 before.  I lost all the weight from baby #2 but still have the weight from #1.  It's frustrating because I'll eat really good for weeks and loose like 2 lbs, but gain it right back plus  some.  I have been eating better, and now I'm starting portion control.  I guess I'm only workingout twice a week.  Anyways, I have to bust my butt and make myself go to the gym and run more.  I signed myself up for a 5k in septemtber with my Dad, SO I have to at least get in better shape so I don't leave him hanging.  That's a good motivation right?!  hehe.  Good luck to all of us!
