Well I weigh 147, and I used to weigh 194 around the end of May (2008), in the beginning I used to do excersise. I would do water aerobics over the summer, because it was alot easier without life in the way. But in the past 3 months i haven't really done any excersise at all, i just keep my calories at 1300. Mainly because this weight looks good on me and well, I look alot better than before, maybe I'll buckle down again on it all, but im ok with myself now.

well when i feel like this i just plan a day where i'll eat like a pig, and afterwards i feel like h--- cause i usually go up to about 2,500 to 3,000 calories. then the next day i go to 1,350 which isn't my set amount of calories since i don't do anything all day (lol), but it's like the shift in calories makes them go away, then the day after that im back to normal with 1,200 calories, and well i don't weigh myself for 3 weeks so i can see a change and im happy. and this is without any excersise :D, im sooo lazy.

I feel a serious cheat day comin.....and since I'm just here for cals well that McDonald's doesn't sound so bad to me...to bad I wanna buy a whole pizza for myself 2morow or I'd have that too, a peach milkshake and a large order of fries......it might help with my slow metabolism since i've been at 1200 for a week lol just kidding....im havin' half of a cinnamon roll and whole milk for breakfast 2morow....seeing as how im 13 im okay with that.....but when i turn 20 or something like that i know it'll come back to haunt me but my mom says that i should have fun and be a kid that's also why im having bagel bites and doritos for lunch.....hey just being a kid lol

 Omg I totally know what you're talking about....I logged in my progress in the past months....194 down to 177 and i hardly see a change....WTF? those were some hard pounds to lose....but then wen I put in my lil' goal of 173 pounds....the model wants to shrink....OVER FOUR FREAKIN' POUNDS!

Well maybe today is just one of those days where you take a break from calorie counting....I have one of those days every two weeks....I just stuff and stuff it all in my mouth and well i just don't log it in. It's my way of forgeting about it.Smile

I know this may sound like a very bad reason, but I'm losing weight because when I go back to school, I want those same guys that called me fat and ugly just because I was fat....TO DREAM ON! Cuz baby I'm back!

Well I'm 13 (by the way) and I joined this site on May 24, 2008 and on my last weigh in on August 5, 2008 I weighed in at 176.8 pounds. And I'm shooting for five more before school starts on the 26th.

Hi There, well I know where you're coming from. I'm 13 years old and 6 days ago I weighed in at 176.8 pounds; which was a big thing for me seeing as how on May 24 of this year I was weighing in at 194.0 pounds. Anyway, my dad always makes these beautiful 2 - layer cakes....with a mound of frosting on top. But I find ways to put it in to my diet plan and still lose weight, in other words instead of a normal lunch I just have the cake lol. But I also give myself a couple of cheat days where I eat up to 1,700 calories....And chica ever since I got started on this site 1,700 calories sounds like heaven. I mean before that amount would be what I consider a diet. Smile

 

And another thing that helps me out is water aerobics, lately I've been going 3 days a week, sometimes on a motivated week I make it for five days, but lately I haven't been so up to it with 1,200 calories (although this site says that if you do some kind of excersise you should eat something like 1,500 calories I just feel alot better knowing that I'm losing a couple more calories).

So, I'm 13, and I weigh around 188-192 lbs (I'm 5'4'') . My Overall, long term goal weight is 140. But my "MINI" goal is to lose 12-15lbs, before school starts over again, simply because this is my last year at this school, and I'm tired of being looked at like something is wrong with me, I'd rather be looked at with a little meat off of these bones...Ya know what I'm talking about? LOL

 

Anyway, since last year around September my mom and I have been going to water aerobics....The only problem with that was that we would go 1 night a week, or we just wouldn't go at all....But as soon as the summer started I started going 5 days a week, and walking around my old elementary school track 4 days a week. I've always drank alot of water, mainly because of this "Off-Brand Crystal Light"...Same thing, just cheaper to fit my budget. Anyway this week it's been really bad, I mean, I missed two days of water aerobics, due to dentist appointments during the day, and that stupid a** storm on monday night. I know this may sound crazy for a person my age, but I have THUNDER THIGHZ, I'm serious, the main thing I want out of all of this is to wear my basketball shorts during P.E. and not be embarassed by the fact that my thighs rub together and jiggle when I shake them from side to side...

 

I MEAN IF I WERE IN SOME FREAKIN' 50 CENT VIDEO IT WOULDN'T MATTER CUZ THEY'D THINK OF ME AS SUPA THICK BECAUSE OF MY SMALL WAIST...BUT SCHOOL IS HARDLY A HIP HOP CONCERT...WELL ACTUALLY MY SCHOOL IS BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT.

Did I mention I have a 14 year check-up with my doctor, who loves to put me on the scale....:(

About Me : I'm the typical Honoroll Student, who doesn't dance in public and keeps to herself. Sometimes :L...The thing I find funny is that because of my figure people think I weigh 160, I wish I weighed 160 lol.
